One thing I think that implied him being a non-organic amphibian was in the beginning of the finale when he jumped off the floating palace and landed like 1000 feet below without taking any damage, The impact should've killed his fat salamander ass. Then when he fought anne for the first time, He was probably only to survive that superpower ass whooping because his robo body.

Were they badly handled though? Ironically they still come out as some of the better cartoon villains in recent years.

She's a top tier cutie pie and her first few interactions with Anne, like the ones in Scavenger Hunt and A Day at the Aquarium, were actually really nice watch and shows she is a good person at heart, especially after what happened with Sasha (nothing against her, she's great in her own way).
