He’s the most inconsistent character and doesn’t really have a presence because of that. Sometimes he’s shown to be just as retarded as Peter and just masturbates all the time. Other times he’s shown to have a decent amount of common sense and is at least smarter than Peter. It depends on the episode. But when you think of Family Guy or the Griffins, Chris usually isn’t the first character that comes to mind.
