I used to love Blade Runner until I read Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? Now it just makes me angry. Try that one first then move on to Voices from the Street to see if you have a taste for it. If you get a taste for it then there are plenty of PKD threads here to guide you. You might also try Alan Harrington. Start with Life in the Crystal Palace to get a feel for him. Revelations of Dr. Modesto seems a little trite in hindsight because the punchline has been so over used by now. It was pretty original for the time. >likes jazz >hates Jews I am not sure how that works.
I thought "folks" was supposed to be a racist term now.
Kayden Watson
sci-fi novel with the premise that basically the futuristic equivalent of the gestapo are the good guys. gets way more in depth with all types of societal issues and gvmnt. social engineering. pretty sick read
>manufactured taste being better than anything have you ever had an original thought in your life?
Wyatt Fisher
>desperately conforming to the tastes of random faggots on Yea Forums is "good taste" Gotta agree with the guy telling you to unironically kill yourself
Jace Jackson
fuck off pseud, i picked works anyone on 4chn can recognize, being popular doesn't make them bad per se
Henry Sanders
>i picked works anyone on Yea Forums can recognize There are a lot of people on Yea Forums, and not everyone just engages in the most most basic shit. If you want decent recs, then put the weirder parts of your taste on display as they will help identify what things you like beyond the category of 'the same stuff Yea Forums likes' >being popular doesn't make them bad per se I wouldn't even call out anything are you list as bad, but your post is the Yea Forums equivalent of the IMDB top 20.
