STOP SHILLING OTHER WEBCOMICS IN THE THREAD QUESTION!!!! THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE ABOUT YOUR(OUR) WEBCOMIC, NOT HIS OR HER WEBCOMIC
Samuel Reed
I really wish I can draw characters from different angles.
Gavin Johnson
You should give it a try. It might look horrible the first 100 times, but it's better than not trying at all
Benjamin Hernandez
I have a decent grasp on anatomy and gesture.
Lucas Myers
I'm wondering if you did a pose like the left first then tried the dynamic angle on the right it may be easier. Both sides seem to have the same "information" so to speak
Chase Reed
This is great advice for promotional material but for comics it's not good to abuse angles and dutch tilts since it's disorienting to the reader (unless that's what you want) so most of the time 1:1 angles like left is good.
It's not hard and I'm not just saying that. Foreshortening is one of those things you can "cheat" and make look better artistically. Just make limbs smaller or bigger depending on the angle and you can adjust freely. You should have a basic understanding of perspective though
Ethan Edwards
Which sounds cooler for a main hero? The story revolves around a group of kamen rider and super sentai type capes failing to prevent a zombie virus bomb. Five years later some of them disappeared and America is controlled by a group known as the saviors of the apocalypse. The main idea is that our main hero finds the belt of the leader of that superhero team. When accidentally transforming using the belt it gets infected by a zombie and turning a normal kamen rider/super sentai type suit into a weird flesh like armor with a sentient voice in it. I had two ideas for the main hero. First one was a wagie trying to survive in this apocalypse who was a pushover who got his ass kicked so much before the apocalypse he actually learn some form of fighting and his story is about him becoming a capable person and man. The other one is about a bank robber who did a lot of horrible things before the apocalypse and has an adopted daughter that was the daughter of a woman that was killed in the crossfire of an operation he les, he felt guilt and decided to raise the daughter, a couple of agents of the saviors kidnapped his daughter and he has to travel across the zombie wasteland to find her and to learn to be a hero.

>for comics it's not good to abuse angles and dutch tilts since it's disorienting to the reader AHHHH SAVE ME HORIZON LINE, THESE ANGLES ARE DRIVING ME INSAAAAAANE
John Jones
Second option is far and away more interesting imo
Samuel Young
despite his "jobbing" lately i still like grime, its a little shame he has been reduced to more of a comedic thing than how he was portrayed in saeson 1, he seemed more like a threat even if that was his short time as a villain
i just hope we get more of badass grime in these final episodes
what would that mean, if they orgasm like bitches?

>Alt question: What's the best comment you received on your page?
Between someone saying that seeing the Italian lire conversion to Euro made them feel old and many people commented how Francesco was stupid to laugh at Sayuri.
Friendly reminder that your comic will never be as popular and liked as the Nyamo Bros. And that's okay. We can't all be successful. And they are merciful. It's why Otto is running Capeworld's multiverse for battered webcomic IPs.
Christian Johnson
I have in fact read ASOF. The Rau-Azu showdown made me weep.
>Thread Question: Have you read A Story Of Fire yet user? i don't read fetish comics and neither should you
Christopher Peterson
I always want to post in these threads. But I don't really post my webcomic anywhere (yet). Besides I feel like thread questions like this are a bit alienating, and the petty drama makes me not want to associate with it. For what it's worth I liked the art of a story of fire.
>I feel like thread questions like this are a bit alienating >and the petty drama makes me not want to associate with Yeah pretty sure that's the point user. > For what it's worth I liked the art of a story of fire. And nothing of value was lost.
Joshua Russell
Hey man, thanks for posting, this looks like good work. Make sure to at least drop a link once you put it up
Sebastian Flores
How do you do that dot texture?
Anthony Collins
As a white author, how conscious should I be over race in my comic? I just realized my comic opens with a black character being tortured. I didn't even think about it, it just kinda turned out that way
Lincoln Rivera
>As a white author, how conscious should I be over race in my comic? basically fuck niggers desu
>I just realized my comic opens with a black character being tortured. I didn't even think about it, it just kinda turned out that way sure....
Adam Powell
Most black people are into slave RPs it should be fine.
Dominic Hill
>I just realized my comic opens with a black character being tortured.
Is tortured due their race or because they happens to get into a bad situation? If is the first one, there would be problems, but if your comic is not about racism or slave RP, it should be fine.
Zachary Gomez
That would only matter to sensible people, not the kind of people who would complain.
Ayden Wood
>I got this scene in my comic I'm worried about but I won't show it Come on. Come on now. How the hell is anyone supposed to give you meaningful feedback if you won't even link your comic?
Eli Butler
And yet Renata was still based enough to tell Otto to fuck off despite being the most battered IP of all
