name a better media player then

MPC-HC you newfag

I've used mpc for years and no, it isn't better than VLC.

I like VLC because you can put the volume higher than 100%.

Shut up nigger

Why have you used it for years then

Because my old computer couldn't run vlc without stuttering. And I love mpc, but vlc is objectively better.

MPC-HC
Okay, why? Because MPC-HC works and VLC doesn't?
lul'd

It's not.

>Ubuntu
That linux for Africans
Try using openSUSE or fedora

This. The the only reason I continue to use it.

See OP. So much about objective.

Why does base mpc-be look like such shit? I know I'm supposed to autistically mess with the settings but I'm not spergy enough for that

Use PotPlayer if you care so much.

The default one on windows 10

Can you record a clip of the film on MPC?

I guess only VLChads can appreciate the true Kino player.

I used to love VLC, but then I tried converting some shit and fucked the timecodes. Worst fuck up ever.

It made a conversion with a timecode of 0:00. Open up the conversion and it makes your file explorer go apeshit and eat up all your ram. I had to delete the file via command prompt. Who the fuck lets a program do that?

i posted in your other failure of a thread

>can't run without stuttering

Lol

The only thing VLC is the VLSub.

Of course it looks shit, VLC was made with compatiblity in mind more than anything else. Use MadVR on MPC-HC or PotPlayer and say goodbye to VLC.

MPC-BE with madVR

Works great with YIFY!

>madVR
I just installed madVR and Lav Filters on MPC-HC following a tutorial on youtube and holy shit, it feels so much better now, way better than VLC. I'll try MPC-BE later.

It's actually this one that does what the OP said, whilst VLC is fine. I have started using Pot player or something which seems better.

I can't be the only KMplayer chad in this shithole, right?

>crashes randomly 3 seconds into your kino

>ooboontoo
might as well have stuck with windows, newfag

Nothing wrong with ubuntu, compiling is for fags.

reminder that mpv is the 4channel approved player and if you use anything else, you are reddit

Plebs the fucking lot of you

for me its MPC-BE v1.5.5

MPV, MPV.NET and MPC-HC are the only acceptable players.

Powerful, highly configurable and actually built to be real media players (VLC was meant to stream video, not be a high quality player)

Does MPC have something to downloads subtitles automatically like VLC?
