Excalibur will be formed out of the MI13 movie and get their own show, this is where you get Nigihtcrawler and Kitty Pryde.
New Mutants will be the "X-Men Hogwarts" show and get multiple seasons. We'll get Magik, Cypher and Warlock from this.
If they really want to get ballsy, they can make a Deapdool and Cable show with age restriction like the former Netflix shows.
The X-Men movies will eventually culminate in Dark Phoenix, after which they will adapt Krakoa and bring Jean back to life with the clone pods.
Black Panther 3 will be about Intergalactic Empire of Wakanda and we'll get to see Storm take over Mars and we'll get to see space mutants interact with space Wakandans.

Exactly this. In the 90s Stan Lee tried to make it sound "deep" by comparing Xavier and Magneto to MLK and Malcolm X and people suddenly pretended that's what it was from the start.
