The obvious first post needs to be Pumping Iron, not just because of Arnold's muscles, but because of all the context, the discipline, Lou Ferrigno, and all that.

You are Teddy Roosevelt?

Are they wresting on a marble platform

Ice, you brainlet

its crazy how up until 50 years ago, the strongest men in the world were guys like these who maxed out at lifting a hundred pound barbell over there head, the only non-bodyweight exercise that existed at the time.

>the only non-bodyweight exercise that existed at the time.
I refuse to believe deadlifts were only invented recently, it's literally picking shit off the ground

I've never seen snow or ice in person

I'm an Ausfag who has never seen snow myself but even I've seen ice.

>maxed out at lifting a hundred pound barbell over there head

Wat? That's achievable natty within a couple to a few months.

yeah now, back then they only had calisthenics. look at what they were doing

It's been around since ancient times. Just look at the story of Milo of Croton. People back then didn't use barbells, they just lifted other heavy objects. Not as efficient and more prone to accidents, but it works.

Always thought Eugene Sandow had a nice physique. Looks like perfectly achievable natty as well.

Isometric exercises are still useful.

>chickenlegs

Yes,
That type of build comes down to “constant” exercise, and proper dieting, and jogging all out for maybe fifteen minutes a day.
Basically, if you get a job were you move 80lb bags of concrete, and heavy shit around for hours a day, you can wind up looking like that in a year or less.
Alternately, get a job as a Rod Buster(ie. person who cuts and sets rebar in place)
You’ll wind up with rock hard muscles.

post legs with timestamp

You first

no, you called those chicken legs. post your legs

Pain and Gain

Who is she?
I'd let her handle my cue!

does this muscle against muscle work or is it just away to get people to by books?
