He literally cannot be charged with anything

He never murdered anybody, let's just be clear here. They were all home invaders on his property (Squatter's right exist in America) and even if he wasn't, he never killed anybody. sure he swung some gardening implements, but how could any lawyer convince a jury it was his fault a bunch of teens was hazardfully walking around drunk and high while he swung an axe or machete?

Very true. It was just a bunch of misunderstandings and tragic accidents. Seen a few others like them in my time.

I get what you mean brother. Freddy can't be charged for murder either since he never physically harmed anyone. All the harm that came to the teenagers were done by themselves in their sleep so he's innocent.

How the fuck do you kill someone in their dreams? It was all cardiac arrest. That's like arresting someone for looking scary. And being ugly and scary should not be against the law.

what about when he was a human and the Elm Street Slasher?

He was found innocent in a court of law

He literally gets off. Did you not watch the movie?

he was still murdered by an angry mob. mob justice is still justice.

Mob justice is injustice

I always rooted for Jason when I'de go see a Friday movie with my buddies. Guy just wanted the annoying teenagers to stop drinking and fucking on his lawn.

What about the Kid's he diddled and killed when he was alive?

Has this ever happened in a real court case?

>What about the Kid's he diddled and killed when he was alive?
he was acquitted. simple as.

That was obviously someone completely different, do these two guys look the same to you? It's obvious that the one on the left is guilty and the one on the right is innocent, checkmate bitch.

What about that time he punched that dude's head off in Manhattan?

one of the best horror spoofs

Self defense

No jail can hold Jason Voorhees

Attached: NES Jason.gif (100x224, 4K)

that thug had been assaulting him for nearly a minute straight, punching him over thirty times. Jason punched him in self defense exactly once. How can you charge him for defending himself? he wasn't even armed.

self defense, that guy instigated the fight and hit Jason first

Attached: jason-wojak.jpg (552x548, 53K)

Technically, death itself can't be charged for anything since no one would have died tragically had they not cheated fate and died the way they were supposed to.

Self-defense-excessive

Living in New York City is assault.

What about that one time he literally murdered people in outer space though?

Name ONE (1[I]) chargeable offense

Attached: godzilla ethnicity.jpg (392x800, 52K)

No one can hear you scream in space, so there's no witness to charge him with anything.

nigger they literally kidnapped him and tried to kill him repeatedly. Plus, what law exists in space?

International space, only 10% of crimes in international waters get pursued in court.

Trespassing

They kidnapped him, and he was using the bare amount of force necessary to leave the spaceship. As an armed combatant waging an insurrection, anyone he kills is not murder.

Jason is the patron saint of virtue , he delievers retribution to the degenerate
>kills degenrate jocks and pot heads
>kills thots

when and where? name one time. and building something where somebody walks doesnt make them a tresspasser.

Well I guess you're right, Godzilla is cleared of all charges.

That game was hard as fuck in the beginning.

Consider his origin story: the revenant seeks revenge upon the degeneracy that caused the negligence that led to his death.

This one actually is true tho

How the fuck would the legal system handle a zombie?

Glad to know there's at least one logical person on this board

>NOOOOOOOOO STOP HAVING SEX IN MY CAAAAAAMP
>MOMMY STOP THEM! KILL THEM MOMMY!
>STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP

Jason X though?

1st President of the United States here, I can definitely say that Jason Vorhees is cleared of all charges and will be given the medal of honor for being so brave in the face of such adversity, so let's give him a big hand.

Chucky, Ghostface and Pinhead when?

I can make Pinhead for you. Gimmie a sec.

You posted it, I wait.

how about that time he punched a nigga's hard clean off the body

It was after the nigga punched him a shit ton of times, it was self defense dude.

And Jason followed New York's anti-littering law.

>NOOOOOO DON'T SOLVE MY PUZZLE
>FUCK FUCK FUCK YOU HAVE TO COME WITH US!
>NOOO PLEASE I WAS FINALLY GONNA HAVE A GF! NOOOOOOO!!

Attached: NOOOOO MY LAMNENT COMPLEX.jpg (633x758, 367K)

He's back!

>They convict Jason of murder
>He just possesses the judge by hypnotizing him into eating his heart
>Jason is now a different person and can't be charged for the past crimes
How do we stop him?

mask should be expressionless with tears coming out the bottom

Based. I'll use this on my future hellraiser threads.

No, the idea was to make the mask Michael's face hence the zits and raised eye brows. His autistic mask became his face

Attached: 1536897154536.png (634x757, 19K)

The eyes should be totally dark.

the irony of a feels guy Michael is he has no feels to feel

wait, if you did a rob zombie h2 mask, where its torn to crap, you might be able to do somethin akin to

Loitering
Arson
Noise violations

he gave them a choice

Can you prove he, in fact, owns Camp Crystal Lake? As far as I'm aware Pamela Voorhees never owned the camp. Not to mention his murders off of the camp grounds would fly over your defense

Not paying tolls.

Hey Tv, John Marshall here, longest serving Supreme Court Chief Justice.
I helped define early american federalism, establish the relationship between the US government and the American Indians as well as clarify and solidify the concept of judicial review.

When I was writing my opinion in Marbury V Madison I considered circumstances exactly like Jigsaws. Just like the early republic after we issued the Declaration of Independence, jigsaw gave his target a choice, and they chose poorly. It’s therefore impossible to hold him accountable for murder. kidnapping is the most he could even be charged for.

Alright guys gotta go, I’m in a dispute with President Jackson over some Indian treaties, unfortunately they chose to sign them, and then chose to walk the trail of tears so I think any claims of genocide will fail. Might have to take the L on that one. See you guys later

Oh wow!
Thank you for the insight Supreme Court justice John marshall!!

The camp site wasn't his property. He was also a camper when they let him drown.

In part II he goes into town, breaks into a house and stabs a woman in the head with an ice pick. Literally his first murder.

>mob justice is still justice.
You couldn't be more wrong.

Statute of limitations. Also this

He bought the ice pick and returned it. He had a receipt.

She killed his mom. Temporary insanity.

It was a year later.

it was made a year later, took place the same day. Really it was just self defense, or at least defense of his family.
