its irrelevant. the movie is pretty explicit on how capitalism as a whole is a system that encourages suffering and strife among humans, but is fueled by delusions and fantasies. its most likely the son won't, but even if he did it wouldn't matter as he would just replace the rich dad. he won't fundamentally change the house or what the house means by buying it.

by buying into the system of capitalism and focusing on money for the rest of his life he is just admitting his complete defeat to it.

as for real life, i personally don't agree with you that capitalism has nothing to do with human suffering whatsoever, but thats partly because i think things can change for the better for humanity, and any positive changes are impossible if the cause of all negativity is some strange immutable abstract concept.

in such a case, life has essentially no meaning and in fact one's own life becomes almost non-participatory. as if even while existing, you don't exist. i think this is somewhat boring so i don't subscribe to it.
