They are probably either kids too weak to fight him back or just a few of them, and not all wild witches were as strong as Eda. I think this is also what Labyrinth runners will be about, the EC shilling hard AF to push as many into sigils as possible, because there may be some teens like Amity that can be already a problem.

Owl House one of the few shows to become considerably better as it goes on. It went from like a 4/10 to a solid 7-8/10. I Kneel

What aspects do you love about the show then?

the collector is basic a child with god like powers, the most dnagerous form of divine you can find around.

Google is on to me, for the past few weeks I've gotten news notifications on my phone telling me that a new episode of the Owl House is coming out. And I don't even live in America.

Not him, but i liked how Lumity was handled from Grom upwards, even if i'd have liked a bit more of space to let the sucesses of those three episodes breathe (S1B EP 15-17) and nuke that Disney crap of them being in a fair. Luz catches you on as a protagonist once she starts getting more involved with the other characters' problems as well. The two Clawthorne sisters are charming as well.

The character interaction is great. Luz and Amity have a fun relationship that doesn't make me cringe. Every episode of 2b has at least one character dynamic that makes the episode worth it. It doesn't feel like it's wasting my time like it did before. Even the lore feels more impactful. This latest episode even felt like it had actual tension which is rare for a Disney shows like this. Amphibia achieved that but fumbled the bag by going right back to SOL. I pray Owl House doesn't do the same.

I'd say they're literally just copies of another person since every one we saw had the same exact voice as the Hunter we know. It's probably an incredibly taboo practice in the demon realm to even make one.

So what would Rayne and the others have done once they entered Belos' mind if Hunter hadn't fucked everything up?

I don't think Owl House can go back to SOL at this point even if it wanted to. We got 5 episodes left before S2 ends and after that just 3 specials

See this is kind of what I mean, in this post. Amphibia does that because they're largely supposed to be a synthesis of an animated family comedy and an adventure show, but I wonder if that's necessarily a burning idea that's been in Matt's mind or if that's simply the only kind of pitch he'd knew would get greenlit at a tv network.

I think a lot about if the famine of pure action/adventure animated shows are squarely due to execs.

I think they'd have used those mandated funny stuff more creatively to make it more impactful. At least making Luz use the ocassion as an excuse to go glyph hunting mode and learn something from the islands, even if not a glyph. Also handling better those King B plots, just could've made Luz carry this guy with her. I'd rather see him doing funny interactions with her than he stealing screen time doing nothing interesting. S1 E13 kinda had the idea. I thought she was going to get in trouble for sneaking King into the school or something.
Other thing i think they didn't explore enough was her crafting and drawing skills. They used them more in S2 for what is worth but still.
