They aren't owned by Warner either, but they partner with Warner for new content and the first place new episodes drop to make up for the complete decline of dvd sales which were one of the things keeping the brand afloat

Bert and Grover, yes. Eric Jacobson's performance is such a replica of Frank Oz's it's not even funny. Ernie sounds okay. Oscar sounds fine. But Big Bird without Caroll sounds fucking awful. Matt Vogel should stick to playing Jerry Nelson's characters and only Jerry Nelson's characters.

At least the original gang still show up. Try being a fan of the Sesame Muppets who were introduced in the 90s. Almost all of them disappeared besides Rosita.
