Nothing to do with this story, but I find it extremely funny right now DC is trying to do a whole storyline about Amazons but not since the first Trial book has any OP cared to storytime them.

The idea is that she's just using x-ray vision to track the sword's tachyon particle trail that spans centuries due to how old it is straight to the past... somehow. Really weird kind of asspull, probably she or Superman this once did in some silver age comic nobody remembers and Waid's busy geeking out to not care how weird it is without explaining it properly before it happens.
