That said the gem powers don't seem to be related to their virtues. If any relationship exists it's more like they're active when you fulfil/display your virtue i.e Anne when she's protecting other people and Sasha's when she's fucking pissed. The powers themselves seem to be anime transformations without too much distinction so far though. I'd be extremely surprised if their powers are more than a different coloured ultra instinct. Especially because we've seen them using them in the murals.
