Like says, it's on an island a day's flight away from the Sky Kingdom, northeast of the tip of the 'wing' of the continent of Pyrrhia and part of an uninhabitable archipelago of smaller islands (basically just volcanic rocks). The Nightwings have deliberately excluded it from their maps (and since they make ALL of the maps for Pyrrhia, that means NOBODY knows where the exact location is). The secrecy isn't about being mysterious, though - there's a reason they ended up on that living hellhole, and you find out about it in the second arc (and it's elaborated on in Legends: Darkstalker).
