Randy Cunninghams world was a mix of western and asain influences. So this is a direct reference to that, where the irony is that the ninja was flashy and showy and the cowboy was stealthy.

Post-EtF was a fascinating time, it was like watching a bunch of sleeper agents awaken all at once to relive their early 2000s days as if it were yesterday. I honestly miss it.
