The boss literally just read the mail out loud and they all laughed about it, because everyone already knew about the guys loli art.
Saw a female artist in the same area, drawing futa porn in public with no shame.
Knew a guy who made an animated short film with a team and he called me to tell me that his short had "made it" since someone had drawn rule34 fanart of his short. Sure, it was of the kid character, but he was expecting that.

Cartoon artists are some of the biggest degenerates out there and it's really no wonder when art makes all fantasies possible.

Industryfag here, I've seen this screencap many times and in typical tumblr story fashion it's most likely fake, or perhaps just exaggerated. First of all that stuff about Disney owning the work you do in your free time is not true. Employees can work on their own things and do freelance for other companies. The company doesn't go around collecting every drawing its employees make.
Secondly, I wouldn't be surprised if old school Disney people did draw porn of the characters, but it wouldn't be stored in any official capacity in a "smut vault". Maybe some of the older guys have a collection at some box in their office or at home. The younger generation has secret Discord channels and things like that. Not too common though. You draw these characters all day, you get tired of them.

It's not just with cartoons, artists in general tend to be degenerates. Some will get really good at it just so they can draw their fetish porn of choice, others turn to porn after practicing drawing naked bodies for such a long time.

The fixation on the form just leads to this temptation, some just choose to go public about it. I don't even draw porn and I still feel occasionally tempted when I am drawing an erogenous zone or a particularly lewd pose.
