Can we agree that the 2000s was a dark era for animation?

Please enlighten me on the overt politics in any of the shows depicted in your image. Genuinely curious...

KP is very right coded

>Can we agree that the 2000s was a dark era for animation?
Nope, still the 1970s, boomer.

Technically OP is an older millennial.

I want a right-wing athlete GF

The 70s were nowhere near as bad

>Same artstyle
Point out one design feature that can be applied to every single one of those pictures, let alone every single one of those shows.

What an awful list of shows

You can give opinions you know

Courage isn't smiling.
Checkmate, CUNT.

That is my childhood there buddy. They were great cartoons.

okay give us 5 examples

>The all white nuclear family
>The main character is a boot licker for authority
>Had the one Black friend
>Obsessed with using violence and force on her enemies
>Queer baiting

Grow up you child

“Muh childhood” isn’t an argument

Why do you have to make up random reasons to dislike something? You can just not like it.

Because how else will he demonise everyone who doesn't agree with him?

Are you people coming here because Elon took over Twitter?

Yea Forums is for everyone

Name 5 good cartoons from the 70s.

>Cartoon Network cancels 99% of the shows
>nobody watches cartoon network anymore
>would rather watch youtube or rewatch the old cartoons
Cartoon Network: Diggin it's own Grave since 2018

Wait, he bought Twitter?

he bought a 9% stake

I have such a hard time watching adventure time.
He just owns 9%

Adventure Time was great until it wasn't

>The all white nuclear family
>Had the one Black friend
this has nothing to do with being right lol
>Obsessed with using violence and force on her enemies
left and right problem
>Queer baiting
your headcanon isnt real, wake up

Kim had two black friends

Movies or just cartoons?

Like that makes a major difference

>overt politics
"Overt" my ass. It's subtle compared to the hamfisted politics in 10s cartoons
>same, ugly art styles
No two shows in that picture you posted look alike. "ugly" is subjective
>no serialized storytelling
Kids Next Door is right there in your image
>bad influence on children
Proof or GTFO

KND was just as episodic as the rest

CN is literally the most progressive channel of the big three.

I may have to interject here, the 80s was much worse

Attached: moving-goalpost.gif (568x320, 2.66M)

Mid to late 80s was actually a fairly big turning point for Western animation. Even the cheesiest toy commercial of the 80s was more fun to watch than most 70s cartoons.

The 80s was indeed very bad (fuck the Disney Afternoon) but the 2000s was still worse. It was like an extension of the 80s.

She’s a co original character named Toxic from the Honey-Bee threads one of which is currently up
It’s a reversed Spider-Man au and she’s the reverse of the Chameleon who also has a massive crush on Honey-Bee
Feel free to check it and the previous threads out for greentexts and art, we have many cute girls

Neat.
I might just commission hardcore, possibly violent and abusive sex of this character if she isn't super cute to the point where I want to protect her.
I'll go check it out.

>It was like an extension of the 80s.
lol not even in the slightest. 80s industry was an anti-creativity, anti-cartooning hellscape. Majority of 2000s cartoons were made by cartoonists, a continuation of 90s animation in every sense of the word

user
White families exist
They're real

>this post
If that's supposed to mean that KP is heavily right wing, then you have a really, really skewed view of politics, holy shit.
