Pacifica tries to stay elegant and sophisticated at first tying to pull a more royal look like but as time goes one and the adventure pushes her to be more savage her barbarian nature starts bleeding on her, she grow bigger and stronger, she gets more vulgar and aggressive as time goes on, she forsake fashionable clothing for a practical bikini armor and eventually becomes so big and strong she doesn't even needs to use weapons anymore.
By the end of the adventures she is so changed she doesn't work in modern society anymore, and they just send her back to sword and sorcery land.

I picture him starting out that way, as a typical lute-twanging, ballad singing bard that's not all that good at his job. A bit of corruption gives him a more K-popish pretty boy glamour which ends up working to his advantage.
