I wouldn't but if it's old enough, in good condition and you're already a Pope fan, go for it. It's your money.

more like poop

Never read him and it's paperback but brand new

Don't do it. Pope has been dead for like 2 centuries, all of his work is public domain. You can read it all for free on Gutenberg. Even if it was some sort of limited edition collector's hardcover set I'd be skeptical for $150.

You could probably buy a similar edition with all of his work for a fraction of the price, wtf.

I can't stand reading on a monitor
It has pictures

>it has pictures
user, I...

>It has pictures
You better buy it before I do.

Buy his works from the used section on Amazon then. Hell, even if you buy all his works new, it'll set you back a lot less than $150.

But it has pictures

I think I'll just go with it since I have the money

No. $1.50, yes.

bro you don't get it. it has pictures.

For me Pope is one of the greatest writers of all time. Would I personally spend $150 on it? No

If I was a much richer man, would I? Absolutely

Same

>I can't stand reading on a monitor
>It has pictures
all this to justify brainlet consumerism lol

Probably not.

If its a verifiable original then definitely, it will accrue value over time

based and wisepilled

No It's a recent print

Oh. Well does it at least have pictures?

Yes! Many
