I need help. Trying to remember an early 20th century or late 19th century German language author (may have been Austrian or something). It's not Ersnt Junger, it's not Musil, it's not Thomas Mann, not Hesse. I only remember his face. He has short hair, and I'm pretty sure a mustache. Dark hair. Fucking driving me nuts. I can't remember this guy's name and I remember he seemed interesting.
>Heinrich von Kleist No, too early. I remember this guys face from a black and white photograph. >Gunter Grass Nope. He's got the stache but that's not him.
Isaac King
Zweig maybe?
Lincoln Brown
Heinrich Böll?
Colton Hall
Nope. I know Zweig. But to make a comparison, this guy had a stronger facial structure than Zweig.
Matthew Flores
Walser's Swiss not German
Aiden Martin
August Stramm?
Nicholas Perez
Nope. And Nope.
To be honest, I'm not even 100% sure this guy wrote novels. I would say 85%. Maybe he wrote plays, or something. But I'm pretty sure he has at least one novel. I remember his face pretty much perfectly, so I'll definitely recognize him when I see him.
Sebastian Peterson
Nope.
Nolan Jackson
Trakl?
Angel Johnson
No.
Dylan Brooks
shit
James Cruz
Hesse? Also whats his best work?
Henry Perez
Rainer Maria Rilke?
Carson Rivera
ETA Hoffman?
Carter Parker
No, No, and No.
It's killing me now. Especially since I have a pretty much perfect memory of what his face looked like, but I can't remember what he wrote or why I thought he was interesting.
