I love this attitude because it guarantees you're handicapping yourself for arbitrary reasons. Why wouldn't you watch youtube AND read books? You get out what you put into YouTube. YouTube is as smart as its user, sort of like Wikipedia. You're supposed to use your own discretion to determine what's legitimate information and what's nonsense, but I can understand that you as a child probably don't trust your better judgment enough to make those types of decisions so carry on.
