Im not the one to judge, i've never read or know anything about socialism and communism, this is simply what i got from reading some of his works. Bringing back religion and spirituality at this point of age is absurd.

everyone is going after you for this, but 1. it's pretty spot-on with what Houellbecq says. basically, his idea is that western women now have great careers, have their own money, little pressure from family to get married. they can live in the city and just try to fuck a hot guy, the same as men. and this isn't appealing for the majority of men, as the majority of men aren't the hot social great dancing well dressed guy. so for most men, houellebecq argues, third world whores are way more appealing.

houellebecq also isn't actually wrong about that.
