Probably a jewish executive board?
>da joos
it was banned on uk tv, at least before the watershed
>banned on UK tv
Color me surprised
They had a slightly less gory version they would show before the watershed iirc I don't think they showed him tearing off the skin
I personally love jews
I saw this shit when i was a kid.
Nightmares
>da joos
yeah they just fade the song out 2/3 of the way through, who thought that was a good idea? also im surprised robbie williams is still alive, he seems like the type to die from alcohol young
This, I had to borrow a VHS to watch it.
Today you cant get away with this?
I never saw this on video hits or rage. First time I saw this scene was when someone posted it on Yea Forums
In my country, it was playing on all music channels/chart shows. Nobody had a problem with it.
purely a coincidence, I'm sure
Such a great video.
Kino
Brazil isn't a country though its anarchaic crime riddled failed state
Same here. Also this video was a sort of a trauma for ten-year old me because of that moment when he rips his skin off.
They cut him ripping his skin and muscles off and skipped straight to him being a skeleton.
It was a different time.
how the fuck was he 26 then????
I always thought he was like 39 or so in the early 2000 era
Well he started in Take That in like 1990.
What is there to "get away" with? I checked and didn't see any censurable nudity.
yes but he also already looked completely tired and saggy in 2000
DEEEEEE JAAAAAY
I don't know I think he's aged pretty well.
>1998
>7 years old
>wake up at 2 am from a fucked up dream and head downstairs
>older brother always watched mtv and went to sleep without turning the tv off
>sit on the couch
>some commercials and silly happy music videos will pull me out of this weird mod for sure
>come to daddy by aphex twin plays
>oh god wtf
>come to daddy ends, stinkfist by tool comes on
>fucked in the head now, put on cartoons and didnt get a wink of sleep until my parents woke up
I hate tool. Pretentious garbage
>Zoomers cant handle a little body horror
>marina
massive boobs.
was only aired after midnight in Germany
I stayed up late to see what it was all about and it was disappointing
filtered by straightforward prog metal. pathetic
yes, da joos
I remember being 7 or 8 and watching this shit. Watched too much mtv as a youngster
>1997
>fall asleep while my older sister watches MTV
>wake up
>right at the part the alien jumps in the men in black video
>cry and run out the room

I could never watch Firestarter in its entirety as a kid.
Why? Breathe was more strange if you were a kid.
americans have no idea who robbie williams is
So?
I'm not sure, probably because they showed Firestarter much more often, so I just kind of forgot about Breathe.
You're all forgetting Aphex Twin.
yes, is the actor who suicide
His videos are super weird but I don’t think they got heavily played on MTV. At least not in the U.S.
Because this song was actually a jam.
This is exactly the type of image you’d find on reddit
GIVE NO HEAD NO BACKSTAGE PASSES
I fucking love the solo, sad it's too short
they played in the u.s, late at night anyway
mtv was pretty based back in the day, i only watched those two videos before i got too disturbed to continue watching, im sure they played a few more fucked up videos than just those two
Spic here. There was a video channel here that played Smack My Bitch Up uncensored after midnight.
>always get spooked at this exact scene
Why are kids so dumb
Cringe
Ia that Doug Walker
nice, saw the uncensored version of that video for the first time like 5 years ago, mtv and fuse played it quite a bit in the 2000s.
i think it was mtv2 late at night around 2006ish, they'd play uncut rap videos, they were censored, but very poorly, there was one specific 50 cent video they'd play that had a few nipslips they didnt catch and id stay up and fap to it when i was 15.
Daft Punk - Prime Time Of You Life
this Daft Punk video had a similar theme, but was a lot creepier
youtube.com
I was first :^)
and after dropping that his dropped his own career down the shitter with this bollocks
youtube.com
fuuck, 5 seconds late
I wasted time searching for an accompanying picture
>robbie williams tries to make it across the pond
>two singles rely on heavy sampling of older popular songs
>another single has disturbing cg gore throughout the music video
>payola budget runs out and he fucks off back to surveillance island
Could he have done better?
I wasted time putting the timestamp thinking to myself "I can add the timestamp, no one is going to post the video before me anyway. If anything they would do it much earlier".
:^)
If only Take That had taken off in the US then he might have stood a chance.
The sampling of old songs kind of feels extremely pretentious to me. Like some UK producer wrote a book on how to get a hit in the US and that was a tip in it.
Geri Spice got one single over here - A cover of It's Raining Men. Total cringe. Just make a good album and spread the payola smart.
skinning is the only type of gore I can't stand because this vudeo traumatized me as a kid, fuck robbie williams
For me, it's Back For Good.
I think I remember seeing some daytime talk show saying how inappropriate this was. Was it early 2000s and does anyone remember the talk show?
Remember when Bjork outed herself as a furry?
go back to redddit
>jewish immigrants innovate and create the film industry while christians mock them and try and call their art corruptive and full of sin
>even go so far as to try and call them all commies and get the government to arrest them all
>doesn't work
>film industry thrives
>now people are mad that they didnt get in earlier
fucking KEK! Maybe if you assholes werent such huge pussies and got in when the getting was good, you wouldnt be so angry XD
No I wasn’t, they played it on Saturday morning tv.
Same in Italy.
I was fascinated by it. It was a glimpse in to a strange world I didn't understand.
That's a kino experience, I was never unlucky enough to see those videos as a kid, would have messed me up big time.
youtu.be
IT'S NOT ENOUGH
I NEED MORE
NOTHING SEEMS TO SATISFY

>music video on MTV
Wait what? MTV doesn't have those, troll.
