Pretty normal for someone trying to lose weight. I do this all the time with less extremes. Basically you work to get in shape, get somewhat satisfied with how you look. Holidays come, or you eat a couple pizzas one weekend, then boom its 6 months later and you didn't realize you gained all the weight back.

Back in high school, I was in a punk band and one of the guitarists had the same phenotype as Jonah and we all believed that he had a learning or intellectual disability. He would fall very easily into conformity traps, had a weird disconnection between any respective interlocutor but the worst part was he just had no aptitude as a musician.
