This was fucking great
This was fucking great
I agree. Also Lucy Boynton is cute
After this, blackcoats daughter, I'm looking forward to his next horror
...
It was great. I felt more like I was reading a book than watching a movie.
Is Marianne worth watching?
Thanks for the rec OP, this will save me at least one evening of combing the gravesite that is Canadian Netflix for up to 30 minutes.
If I wanted to watch the director jack himself off, I'd look into his bedroom window.
You don't know how slow it is, but it's got a good ending
Don't you mean his wife's boyfriend's window?
The way Ruth Wilson delivers her lines in this movie is hypnotic.
Also, she's cute, in that unconventional way.
Moar. Been in love with her since The affair
What's it about? I like period pieces, what period is it?
I don't have a collection. Just hit up Google image search.
A girl that is scared of everything and there is a ghost in this house. I'm pretty sure it's set in today, the dress is throwing you off
She's so fucking evil in Luther. I wish she'd just do JOI videos instead of Netflix shit
then why are her arms backwards?
Underrated slow burn kino
Oh, sounds fun anyway, I'll add it to "my list"
sometimes her arms go back
It was okay, but I didn't know when it was appropriate to be scared without some kind of abrupt audio prompt or distortedly-gaping maws.
>She's so fucking evil in Luther.
have you seen the 5th season? She's evil but also extremely lovable. Would kill for a woman like that, unironically.
Ruth is in this movie called Dark River that caught my eye but then I watched the trailer and it looked boring...
The ending was not very well staged, but other than that pretty damn good.
This is a slow burn basedims think A24 distributes.
this and voice from the stone are the two biggest snoorefests in recent memory.
>inb4 muh pleb filter
This isn't that new Haunting of Hill House thing is it? I watched the first ep of that and hated it. Think it's a different show but a similar long name.
Nah that's a piece of shit, this is a movie
I watched Haunt tonight, because reviews have been promising. Didn't love it like Stuckman, but admittedly the killers were cool, I'll never forget that one scene. Freaked me out. Set design is very cool, and I was tense the entire time. Very rare. Directors wrote A Quiet Place and now look fwd to all their stuff
>people who liked this actually exist
Holy shit
How how slow is it's burn? Will my bones be chilled?
It burns quite slowly. Personally, my bones weren't chilled but it definitely felt like their was a cool breeze in the air.
Not a single jump scare that I recall.
