ok, you got me there

Fast and Furious Hobbs and Shaw

It's alright and good for one watch but not actually "good" as in "on par with the original".

It's still fun tho. Will Smith is great

I'll get back to you on october 4th

Midsommar

just because you exclusively watch holywood shit, it doesn't mean movies stopped being made.

Good Boys was funny as fuck, I'll fight you in a field.
And I know it's a meme, but Us was a solid flick too.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

It's just a coincidence that that's also true

J Lo's fine 50year old ass(Goodfellas II)

Il Traditore, Dolor y Gloria, Parasite, OUATIH, Dragged Across Concrete, Sunset, Peterloo, Loro, In Fabric. Also Ad Astra is in cinemas now but i haven't seen that yet. Based kinographer also has a new film coming out so that will be great.

Peterloo and DAC came out last year pseud

Once upon a time in Hollywood, Crawl and Shazam

Dragged Across Concrete

Parasite is movie of the year and overall a great film. Only contrarians disagree.

With Peterloo depends on where you live, you cunt. Dragged Across Concrete came out in 2019.

Dragged Across Concrete is a 2018 American neo-noir crime thriller film written and directed by S. Craig Zahler. The film features an ensemble cast including Mel Gibson, Vince Vaughn, Tory Kittles, Michael Jai White, Jennifer Carpenter, Laurie Holden, Fred Melamed, Udo Kier, Thomas Kretschmann, and Don Johnson. It premiered at the 75th Venice International Film Festival on September 3, 2018,

Dora and the Lost City of Gold

Rambo apparently.

OUATIH
Joker
Rambo

Parasite and the new Tarantino were fine. I looked through the list of 2019 movies and the rest is all bad remakes and capeshit

dunno. i dont watch movies

Please rec me some non Hollywood quinoa

>premiering at a festival in 2018 means that the film came out in 2018
Retard

I like the 3 movies I know from that list, so ill watch those others too, thanks

was it shown before a ticket buying audience in 2018, or wasn't it?

Here are some from this year

It was. That doesn't mean it came out in 2018. The wide release was in 2019.

Thanks, bookmarked

Wait, you actually have to pay in order to watch a movie at a film festival? I thought the audience is composed from exclusively picked movie critics, art contributors and such, and that they don't have to pay for it.

Elaborate on what made us a solid film please

Depends on the festival. Cannes is industry only, Venice has both industry screenings (usually 3 for each competition film) and then usually 2 screenings for public.

So I guess the retard thinks Glass and Under the Silver Lake are 2018 films too kek

You must be the only person on Yea Forums who actually watches movies.
Thank you for the recommendations so much, man

Parasite

Under the Silver Lake kind of depends on where you live, it was released in lot of countries in Europe in 2018 but Dragged Across Concrete was released everywhere in 2019.

Nice. I was thinking i was the only who saw it. I recommended it earlier in the thread. It was really good and funny although at the end a little bit disappointing, the second story wasn't as good imo.

Based

yeah they wanted to present the dress as this timeless ever present thing and it either needed more history/backstory or more of the "anthology" style. they kind of tried for both and wound up not really getting the message across.

Philanthropist (mistranslate maybe?)
pretty hit in my region and won many awards too
easily defeats any hollywood drama

What do you get when...

I think he said he wanted more stories but that would have been too long.

Well, there was that one gay porn video I watched at your house OP.

Do you say that shit just to sound cool? Like there’s more than a handful of foreign films from this year worth caring about either? Gain some self-awareness.

Godzilla KOTM is top 5 films of the decade.

Imagine being this person. The one that holds these opinions and then shares them with other people. I'd off myself.
