Look up 'Burnistoun' on YouTube, it's the closest thing you'll find. It's extremely hit or miss though, more so than limmys show, but there's some good sketches in it.
Also, watch some old Billy Connoly stand-up while your at it.

Nothing like Limmy's Show. It's got a weird surreal sense of humour but then you can also tell his perceptions of people are spot on in other sketches, it's weird. I do recommend Inside No. 9 though, dark comedy written by the best British TV writers around.

There really isn't much else like Limmy outwith the aforementioned Burnistoun, but it's not really got the same feeling. It's just another Scottish sketch show.
If that is what you want though, chewin' the fat was the biggest sketch show around. Some of it is quite dated now but you can still get a few laughs.
Still game is a show about the best characters from chewin' the fat, great for those sort of melancholic turns Limmy is excellent at too, last couple of series were shit but
