Why did the prequels have so much soul compared to the sequels?

Prequels were star wars movies made for children and older people that watched the original trilogy.
Sequels were made for the sole purpose of making original fans angry and appeal to the left.
>has literally
did they mean "literally has"?

Why is this so rare?
Why is the new one so thick and flat? It looks like a fucking deep dish pizza slice. Who looked at this shit and thought it was acceptable?
>Why is the new one so thick and flat?
Rian wanted a flat surface for his bombing run scene that is the only reason.
RJ.
It needed to be really, really big
>prequel ships compared to OT ships
Different, cool looking, soul
>Sequel ships compared to OT ships
Pretty much repainted versions of OT ships, boring, based around rians autistic desire to run Star Wars into the ground faster than an Ethiopian airlines flight, soulless
the space stuff is good but the dialogue is terrible
That's surprising seeing as how the prequels were soulless cash grabs marketed to a new generation of kids so they could buy toys of shitty character like Dexter Jettster.
>Frist Order Dreadnought
They just doing sequels for sake of doing sequels and have no plans. Anthology movies are better that regard
Lucas had a huge pool of artists under his employ that he hired based on merit and gave them a lot of freedom. Disney fired pretty much all of them and filled Lucasfilm with arrogant diversity hires that only care about policing the language of their coworkers. The writing in the prequels failed but ship, alien, and set designs rocked.
It's literally fine.
