Gotta get this cross up!!!

Gotta get this cross up!!!

Ticking clock!!

Wtf?

Like the serial killer wouldn’t have checked out the march without the crosses?

Lamest part of a lame show

This scene was literally a white mans burden scene and the finale is the most anti black thing Netflix ever produced

what show? google reverse image search is not working.

Mindhunter sorry

WHY AREN'T YOU DOING MORE, AGENT HOLDEN?

OH, YOU'RE ****DOING YOUR BEST*****?

IT'S

NOT

GOOD

ENOUGH

AGENT HOLDEN

FUCK YOU

>oh no Holden has panic attacks now!
>oh wait its never mentioned again
Second season was dumb, only good part was more Bill and Manson. They couldn't even make Son of Sam interesting and Holden did nothing for the entire season

Every nigger on that show was insufferable. They were doing literally everything they could and then some with the most current tools available and these cunts were never satisfied.

It’s only because they had to do the “woke” meme and diversify the cast.

out of place sidelong glances and faggot mannerisms are the extent of his character

Hey, maybe fuck yourself! Panic attacks are serious ya know!

Attached: ton.jpg (1280x720, 42K)

>and these cunts were never satisfied.

>Hey we have no fucking idea what happened to your kid or any other kid for that matter, but you go home, bake a cake and just wait until we say otherwise, alright?

>oh ok officer!

I still have absolutely no idea what this scene was about.

I get they were screwed by local police but the hotel clerk literally brings them the the fucking mindhunter and they act like absolute niggers

Series was 5/10
Needed more serial killers and I mean that as unedgily as possible. The comparisons between them is what made the show interesting.
Also, why are they focusing on BTK when they played no part in his capture?

I thought the Wayne Williams actor/character was really good

Attached: Wayne-Williams-Mugshot[1].jpg (655x372, 56K)

it was understandable, since every law enforcer up until then did fuck all to find those kids. you have to put yourself in a mother's shoes. 5 minutes without your kid is literal torture, let alone weeks.

The casting in this show is stellar.

Attached: charles-manson-mindhunter-1566318057.jpg (980x653, 80K)

they use btk to show how he doesn’t fit the profile they’re creating, which is part of the reason it took so long to catch him

the only part of the profile BTK fits is homosexual/crossdressing tendencies

Had the potential to be a great show, but in typical Jewflix fashion - here comes the diversity shit. The dyke plot that went nowhere? The psycho kid and the annoying mom? What the fuck was that all about?

The psycho kid is interesting because of how it connects to what Bill is working on, and the question of whether or not killers are born or raised

Based David Fincher also made the boring lesbian shit so unimportant to the plot that you can skip it without missing anything

This show literally does the bare minimum to appease Netflix and you should be grateful for that

>and you should be grateful for that

Attached: 1446409179126.jpg (400x400, 25K)

The kid is the best part honestly, beyond Manson

Poor Tench is raising a serial killer and doesn't want to do anything about it.

Ignoring the fact most of these black kids who were killed were gay child prostitutes ... the black community has a huge gay pedo problem they will never address never met a black person who didn’t have a sex offender in their family Mexicans too for that matter

Sad but true ... show started off great... no racial bullshit... just white people solving white problems... felt good for as long as it lasted

Aside from the personal lives of the MCs and any scene with Wendy, the worst part of the show was this bitch. Holden is the only person that genuinely wants to help in catching the killer, yet, at every turn, this bitch is angry with him.

>"There's some cornbread over there. Take some with you on your way out."
>takes piece of cornbread
>gestures his gratitude
>apparently joyful he's going to enjoy delicious cornbread later
>"It's a dollar."
What the fuck is that? She could have easily said, "we have some tasty cornbread for sale if you're interested," instead. She even struggled to shake his hand like Holden was contagious or something.

The only time I was on Wendy's side was when Bill accused her of ratting them out. The rest of the time, she's just an insufferable cunt.
>Holden, Bill and Wendy in elevator
>elevator door opens
>Wendy charges out ahead of them furiously as if she's the leader of the pack
Have the writers never interacted with other people before?

>Had the potential to be a great show
They could make a turnaround in S3 by killing off Wendy. Not by a serial killer or even anyone acting out of malice, but by a car crash or some such accident. Then, they can get back to focusing on interviews without having to walk on eggshells, and the show won't give any more attention to that crying baby (Wendy).

Attached: Mindhunter.S02E04.png (1920x1080, 1.85M)

Let me guess. You voted Trump?

>The psycho kid is interesting because of how it connects to what Bill is working on, and the question of whether or not killers are born or raised
No, it's not. For one thing, it's way too much "on the nose". Second, it makes the world smaller than it should be. I mean, what are the chances that Bill, the guy who investigates serial killer psychology, has a psychopath for a son? Furthermore, the kid being mute in every single scene is completely unrealistic and takes me out of it. I understand he's had some trauma, but at the end of the day - no kid acts like that. And to top it all off, you have that annoying cunt of a mother that constantly whines and complains about Bill when she does nothing at the house.

Holden: we need to do a this thing

Dumb local cop: we can’t its too expensive!

Holden: but what other choice do we have?

Dumb local cop: ok have all of my men and academy recruits

EVERY FUCKING SCENE

Where did Holden's gf go halfway through season 2?

It's like she was Poochie and she died on the way back to her home planet,

She broke up with him at the end of S1 on her porch. She didn't flat-out say it; he deduced it.

Oh yeah! I must've been daydreaming or something because every scene with her put me to sleep.

Yeah, for some reason, it's a forgettable scene. I only remember now because I rewatched S1 recently.

>the kid being mute in every single scene is completely unrealistic and takes me out of it
>no kid acts like that
This is wrong, but I see your point about it being too obvious and close. On the other hand, how else could it have been done? The audience needs to see the kid at differing points in his routine, and they need to feel for him rather than just thinking "yep he's a psycho". I think having him be Bill's son was the only way of pulling it off.

WHAT THE FUCK DID THIS SCENE MEAN is it just too smart for me? Why did it go all spooky music and film footage what did it all meeeeaaaaaaan

After watching this, i started watching Manhunt: Unabomber and holy shit was that a mistake.

>holy shit was that a mistake
Why?

Terrible acting, awful directing, slow pace.

It's definitely not spearheaded by David fucking Fincher.

same here, wanted more true crime after the first season and that show was just awful, couldn't watch more than 2 episodes

BUt in real life a huge amount of resources were dedicated to the case long before the FBI was summoned to help. The local government and federal government did a ton to solve the case. In order for their actions to make sense you have to lie about the police and FBI

Attached: Dindunufiin - Copy.jpg (970x546, 106K)

The only time I found it boring was when the focus shifted to mkultra. I'm not a big fan of when movies/shows do tripping, acid flashbacks or similar scenes. IMO, the fun comes screeching to a halt once an altered state of mind is introduced.

I was really disappointed when I found out they used prosthetics

>"You know we were very fortunate in that we just got tremendous performances from the actors this season," Holt told Rotten Tomatoes TV.

>"We did last season also, but this season we hired the prosthetic make-up team that did Gary Oldman as Winston Churchill, so both the actor who plays Charles Manson and the actor who plays David Berkowitz, they do a six-hour prosthetic make-up before they show up on set, so when they walk through the door, they look exactly like the character.

>pyf when you found out Bill's wife was Rachel from the Office

Attached: timrach640.jpg (640x480, 62K)

Why is everyone so confused about this scene? It emphasizes Ford's autistic tunnel vision and frustration with catching the killer. Obviously nobody else gave a shit about the crosses being up, but nothing he did up to that point made any progress, so this new harebrained scheme had to be done just right for it to have any chance. It was only after glasses lady gave him a look that he realized how much of a waste of time it was. The fact that they caught Williams on their last night of staking out the bridges seemed a little contrived, but I don't know, maybe that's how it really happened.

>they caught Williams on their last night of staking out
Why would they have kept staking out after they caught him

Attached: 1345147268457.png (581x692, 295K)

It's not that bad. A lot more money is being put into a second season.

Berkowitz's make up was pretty blatant but i didn't see any on Manson. That one was stellar.

Attached: mindhunter-david-berkowitz.jpg (2700x1800, 444K)

>SHIT! I FORGOT THE MATCHES!!!!

Every attempt to make serial killers menacing has been ruined by Henry Zabrowski.
I mean, that's a good thing overall, but I cant enjoy this show without thinking about how pathetic guys like Kemper or Son of Sam were.

>found out
It was very obvious in Berkowitz's case. It has that uncanny valley surrealism not unlike pic related.

Attached: Various-008.jpg (593x480, 105K)

Reminder that the KKK did those killings and Williams was a scapegaot.

Attached: E3EC4349-8A56-4A72-A6E5-756F5CE8BF7A.jpg (1517x810, 675K)

Atlanta plotline ruined the series to be quite honest

took too long to resolve and we only got one manson ep

Who needs evidence when this type of lazy hearsay is available.

>Gud thing I got the same carpet and exact same dog as the negro fella heh heh heh. Sure got lucky he was caught throwin a body into a river too

Well, that one white supremacist in the show did pretty much confessed to it on that one phone call.

That was a red herring for the audience who didn't know about Wayne Williams. The KKK guys were essentially just low level organized crime

S2 was just to tick a couple of boxes. They'd be back with Holden's autism and our white serial killers in S3

What other serial killers did they interview?

I'm surprised nobody's picking up on how a lot of those kids were whoring themselves out at their mothers' request.

why didn't they ask Julian Barratt? spit of Manson.

i abundantly refuse to look this up because even if its real (it's not) i won't believe it.

>KKK don't like blacks
wow you cracked this case wide open.

They said on the show it was going to be the last night. They were going to suspend surveillance.

>i abundantly refuse to look this up because even if its real (it's not) i won't believe it.
It's true

>You hate jazz? You fear jazz! You hate the lack of rules

Attached: manson.jpg (774x548, 178K)

>I don't buffet about in the winds of fashion. Fashion may come and go. Charles Manson remains where he is.

the fuck really?

>I don't like people touching me. Besides, I've had deeper relationships in my mind, at a distance, than you'll ever have in your lifetime, you know that.

>Exactly. It's the nothingness... the whiteness... the endless... ness. Stretching on beyond the human imagination. Desolation of the soul.

>when they call him a midget
burst out laughing

>kemper calls out to holden as they leave and you think he's going to say something really insightful or important
>all he does is say he's a manlet and not to stare

kek

I was genuinely shocked to hear the N-igger word on a netflix show. I didn't think it was possible.

Based FBI killing they chilluns then dabbing on them by investigating their own murders and pinning them on a homo

>yfw it'll be two years until a new season arrives

god damn it

they got some serious cash flow problems I guess because there's no good reason for this to take two years to produce otherwise.

>where did you get those sunglasses?
>a passing cyote took pity on me.
yeah it doesn't work because its vince gets the glasses and manson takes mitch's glasses.

I have been reading up on all these serial killers while watching the show , its amazing how many of them are all still alive in their 70;s happy and healthy in prison. You would think been sentenced to live in prison would shorten your life expectancy and cause ill health and an early death, but no.

They are famous and get special treatment.

Don’t forget Richard Speck dabbing on SOCIETY in the leaked VHS tape

Prison in usa is a literal buisness, they are privately run and make money. So it's in the prisons best interest to keep high profile celebrities well looked after so new inmates will choose their prison over the others and they can make more money.

Being isolated from the others because they fucking hate you is a certain kind of special I guess

How did no one fix those stupid glasses? So distracting.

>unreasonable angry black ladies

These belonged in the trash. What the hell did they want from him? Thousands of missing children cases go unsolved every year, black and white. Holden can be a little bitch but even he should have stuck up for himself like "hey, I'm doing the best I can, there's limits to what law enforcement can do." I'd be angry too if my child's case went unsolved but that's small potatoes to the relief and gratitude I'd feel knowing the key perpetrator was off the streets.

I wouldn't have minded them as much if Holden had stood up to them just once but because he never did it feels like a ham-fisted attempt by the writers to virtue signal to the audience in a weird way. Law enforcement had failed them but Holden clearly didn't. He could have even said something like "I understand why you don't like cops but maybe the cops would have done a better job investigating these cases if you weren't so militantly anti-cop. When does the cycle of hate end?" Or SOMETHING.

It's like the writers are implying that being ungrateful, unreasonable and angry all the time is somehow virtuous.

>This show literally does the bare minimum to appease Netflix and you should be grateful for that

lmao sad but true

Nigga b lookin like a tranny Hannibal Burress

The main bossy one I didn't have a problem with because she was proactive in finding her own kid and pissed off that nobody cared, I can understand she was bitter and disillusioned by police response so far, but that hotel woman in the last episode what the fuck
>how dare you catch a black man when I think it was whitey.
Fuck you bitch.

>id be happy knowing that they got a scapegoat for the killings and my kids killer is still free

Yep. You are a retard.

I think there are problems with the psycho kid sub-plot too but it is interesting and deserves to be in the show. So much of what they deal with comes back to childhood and parent-child relationships, it's a smart way to actually show it. Also, Bill who is such a tough guy and a veteran who is never really challenged in the world of law enforcement, it puts him in unfamiliar territory which is interesting. It forces him to talk about and deal with emotions, which is foreign to him.

It's like the converse of what they do with Holden, who is more of a sensitive, high minded "feelings" specialist, he's soft, like a youth counselor or something, and they're always putting him in these really tough, gritty situations dealing with horrible people and things, making hard choices.

>an anonymous alleged former friend of Sanders told documentarian Payne Lindsey that Sander had taken credit for the murders...
>objection, hearsay
>upheld

>Sure got lucky he was caught throwin a body into a river too
fucking kek
Speaking of red herrings, what was all that focus on the pedo houses about when they never linked it to Wayne or even investigated it? The end made it seem like an officer would be involved with the pedo houses and that it would be a big deal but they never address it and it didn't seem like they would for season 3.

I just glossed over it earlier, but the cornbread scene really got under my skin. I found myself grinding my teeth when she made Holden pay for it after implicitly offering it for free. The sad part is that she's one of the victims directly affected by the killings, yet it's impossible to sympathize with her because she's so fucking unlikeable.

>muh strong black matriarch
just came off as a bitch who even though was being helped by white people at THE BEST of their abilities still hated white people so she pushed them as hard as she could to get what she wanted at any cost and she didnt care about them because fuck whitey. netflix so so cringe

Brainlet

FUCK WHITE PEOPLE
what do you not get?

shush this a dramatization and can be used to fit the current narrative that (((they))) want, dumby

Based.

I guess. At the risk of parroting a meme, it's all so tiresome. We've had plenty of shows and movies that had mixed casts that were well-written without shoving an agenda down our throats. Now, everything is so unwatchable.

>>missing children cases dropped off, none fitting killer's M.O.
imagine if you were just killing kids for a laugh, not a psycho like they profile
and one day they 'catch' a guy for it, and you can just stop killing kids and get away with it.
that would be something huh?

>killing kids for a laugh
>not a psycho
>doesn't refute a single point and instead creates pure conjecture
Brainlet confirmed

Why? The makeup was good and wasn't noticeable, I don't see the problem in wanting a visually lifelike performance. Just be thankful they aren't deepfaking biopics yet.

>based in truth scenes depicting a fascinating, gripping, LIFE AND DEATH struggle to catch a rampaging mass murderer of children
>boring lesbo soap opera

Cannot even begin to understand how anyone thought juxtaposing those two plotlines makes any sense at all, in any universe. Compared to the main plot, the lesbian romance has comically low stakes. It's like if they cut to clips of a little league game in the middle of the world series.

Sign of the times I guess.

Finally, an accurate portrayal

imagine consuming propaganda, knowing its propaganda, and yet still defending it

mightas well cut your dick off sissy

Wendy and her illness is the worst part of the show and has been since the beginning

t. pleb

>, what was all that focus on the pedo houses
I want to know too, they made a big thing about the black cop was going to look into it then nothing. Queer.

Victim isnt the right word but yes. Cornbread didn't bother me, the building he visited her in was set up for volunteers to raise awareness of the kids, it wasnt a shop selling cornbread it was to raise charity donations. He shouldn't have taken it, certainly not without offering to pay.

Yeah the niggress characterisation was spot on. I agree Wendy should be killed off as fan service, but I’d settle for her just taking a job somewhere else.

Let me guess, you’re from plebbit?

>panic attacks

It will come back in future seasons. Source: wikipedia page of the guy Holden is based on.

Also, I think it's interesting, because really Holden is not at all the kind of guy who should be in the dark, hard world of serial killers. He's too sensitive but that's probably why he has such great insights, but those insights come at a price.

>>doesn't refute a single point and instead creates pure conjecture
I wasnt arguing, I was just saying imagine that scenario. I'm not saying it happened here I'm saying I wonder if it has/does happen, police bungle investigation and catch the wrong guy, real killer thanks his stars and just retires.

The fuck does that have to do with the show you retard? The world and story we are given in the show is different.

Fuck even in real life I don't think this dude killed all the kids. 25+ dead kids that still don't have a legit case closed.

She played an annoying pregnant cunt in the original office too, she’s pretty convincing at it.

Shit I was wrong on the character

No need to kill her. They can have the show's FBI unit more closely reflect the actual set up. The lady Wendy is based on never moved from Boston.

directed by a nigger, what do you expect?

>You would think been sentenced to live in prison would shorten your life expectancy and cause ill health and an early death
No I wouldn't. You would.

I was glad I was wholly unfamiliar the case.

>t. Seething tranny

>I'm more a folk guy
youtube.com/watch?v=mpx4ODP35VQ

The scene in OP is him racing against another panic attack

>Ex-boss calls him a faggit
>Goes into hyperventilation and needs his pills
>Army of black people share their disappointment in him and law enforcement
>Not even a quivering lip
What did they mean by this

>fit profile exactly
Yes a racist and wrong profile
>splash in river with subsequent body discovery
Yes a body in a huge body of water found 2 days later, solid proof
>no alibi
Yes he did
>rope in backseat
Everyone has rope, you zoomer faggot
>lied about dog
Why throw away the key judge
>numerous dog, carpet, cloth fiber matches
Yes because having a dog and carpet back then was so rare, like wow. Did they find water particles on the victim too? I bet the suspect has running water at his house as well!
>failed polygraph test
Polygraphs are a joke and will never be taken seriously
>lied about association with victims
Yes. Try being a black man back then trying to dodge a bogus charge from kkk cops
>seen with multiple victims the day they went missing
It was his job, he was rexording music
>family attempted to flee the country
They knew their son gonna be framed
>subsequent DNA testing a match
No true DNA match
>missing children cases dropped off, none fitting killer's M.O.
if I was a killer, id stop too if i someome took the fall

>Yes a racist profile

Your agenda is showing, crazy brainlet.

Trying too hard

Imagine watching two seasons of a show about the narcissistic tendencies of sociopaths and still believing that one would be comfortable letting someone else get all their credit for 40 years.
Imagine believing that the real killer, who loved to toy with investigators, wouldn't want to rub it in their faces that they got the wrong guy.
Imagine believing that the real killer would just casually change up his entire methodology for killing, despite it being something rooted in his psychology and upbringing, or even stop killing altogether just because.
Imagine being so obtuse that you refuse to see evidence in front of you and literally cannot use common sense to see reason in it.

This is bait. Nobody can be this stupid.

>The kid is the best part honestly, beyond Manson

By far the most unsettling thing in the show.

>WHAT THE FUCK DID THIS SCENE MEAN is it just too smart for me?

He is White saviour Jesus sacrificing himself to rescue the poor negros. The ultimate White leftist masturbation fantasy.

>still believing that one would be comfortable letting someone else get all their credit for 40 years.

It's how they caught BTK basically, didn't even come back to kill people, just wanted the thrill of rubbing it in the public's face. He got off on causing a stir. Same with Wayne Williams, he loved the attention. Can you imagine a normal person being accused of being a serial killer and then inviting journalists and cameras into their living room then leading them in a procession to the mayor's house and creating a dramatic scene? That's insane. He loves that there are people out there defending him and promoting the scapegoat conspiracy theory, just more attention.

>the real killer would just casually change up his entire methodology for killing, despite it being something rooted in his psychology and upbringing, or even stop killing altogether just because.

This is the real thing. Dude was strangling a poor black kid like every month for two years, like clockwork. Someone like that doesn't just stop, or radically change their M.O. It would be different if it was like BTK or someone who spaced their kills out over months and years. This guy was completely out of control and a had a very specific M.O. He wouldn't be capable of stopping. At best, there would be a string of similar murders somewhere else after the heat cooled off.

>Every attempt to make serial killers menacing has been ruined by Henry Zabrowski.

Yes. All the BTK scenes are just extremely embarrassing.

I like how the show tries to make his crossdressing and jacking off as something menacing when it just shows how sad and pathetic the guy was.

That was a total Randy Marsh moment.
>"Come on, Sharon! I was just goofin' around!"

I'd watch a south park episode where randy goes serial killer and murders a bunch of the kids.

>it’s the Klan why aren’t you investigating the Klan?
>ma’am we questioned some known Klansmen and came up with nothing, we need to consider this is the work of someone within the community and start to build a criminal profile that will hopefully lead us closer to...
>UHH NAW HUWHITE AGENT ITS THE KLAN BECAUSE BLACKS ARE OPPRESSED HERE AND BLACKS NEVER MURDER BLACKS WHY ARENT YOU INVESTIGATING THE KLAN!?!?

The black cop in Atlanta was at least trying to work with them and believed that they had the profile correct

Pretending no one was investigating a huge number of missing and murdered children because they were black is irresponsible since the average Netflix viewer has an IQ of 80 and will believe that actually happened. Creating more racial tension and distrust so you can have le epic black mammy bitch out Holden is lazy and adds nothing to an interesting story

he was totally channeling Steve Urkel
