The moment I realized how fucking awful it was going to be was when Wonder Woman ties up a guy and point blank explains the lasso as if Snyder was staring at the camera telling you this, then goes back to asking questions. It’s almost jarring how awful that dialogue was.
I barely remember anything about it
Remembering how bad eveything u liked was.
Y’know what, I like Justice League and I’m not afraid to admit it
Why do people keep making this face at me???
It was better than BVS
>Turns the one cool line from BvS into a throwaway joke
I want daddy cavill in my bussy
This
>tfw you remember this kino scene
Here's the thing, if the movie had been entirely Snyder's or even entirely Whedens the movie would've been serviceable
When you watch the movie the pacing is erratic, you can tell stuff is cut, and what wasnt doesn't meld well with the reshoot stuff. Also the length, fuck WB for deciding it needed to be shorter. Not saying it wouldve been a good movie but I would be better
>The lasso compels you to tell the truth
It's just one line and it's done so people who haven't watched the older movies know what's happening
Snyder's vision was always garbage. A true lack of understanding of all the characters. That added with wanting to do too much at one time (BvS and Justice League) led to a destroyed film universe and thank god.
I think everyone here knows there’s only one true Kino Universe, that being the Godzilla Monster-Verse
I think the shortening of the movie did way more damage than the mixing of footage from 2 directors. Especially when we know that a lot of the cut footage was backstory for the new characters. I think if even just some of it was put back in, the movie would be better, even with Whedon’s reshoots
You really should be at least ashamed.
Just show it. So him attempt to lie but can’t. Beats Gal clumsily trying to explain it with her stellar acting.
This is why you don't adapt OP Superman in movies. The animated show did it well where Superman is strong but can be taken down by a few of the League members. What's the point in having a team if one guy can do a better job than all of them combined? They all get beaten by Steppenwolf till Superman flies in and beats him up. Also Flash is horribly miscast
No
>The Naruto as fuck pose Flash does before he takes off
Based and animepilled
I’ve wiped most this movie out of memory thankfully, I can’t even remember the plot, seeing screens doesn’t even trigger memories, it’s beautiful.
>you will never see the Snyder cut with the original Junkie XL score
>instead we got a bastardized Whedon version with a Danny fucking Elfman score
>tfw you remember Snyder made kino that wb refuses to let anyone see
Danny Elfman score was one of the few good things about JL
youtu.be
>They all get beaten by Steppenwolf till Superman flies in and beats him up.
As it should be. Superchad>JUSTice league
>Superman has both of his hands occupied
>Cyborg flies in and grabs both of his arms instead of punching the shit out of him or do anything of value
Why?
Flash is not miscast, just wasted and ruined by Snyder/Whedon's horrible characterization.
5/10
Like most Marvel capeshit, X-Men and even Bayformers. Sure, every now and then you have a Logan or a Winter Soldier (ie solid 7s) but that doesn't make up for dozens of misses.
I’m not, I genuinely enjoy parts of this movie
Hack Wheodon at it again
no cgi stache
it's a based Snyder shot
nice damage control DCuck, but you're not convincing anyone
>damage control
nah. I want to shit on everything, including the MCU. They all deserve it.
Elfman was crap this movie.
I can't remember any of the scenes with this score.
Also trying to use the old themes was kinda lame, as those don't mix in well with modern action scenes.
Literally best scene in the movie
>t. copekino enthusiast
mouse shill targeting anything that threatens their beloved capeshit.
You got like 10 more joker threads to make before you can get your nickle deposit.
I just disagree, I think it’s the best score in the DCEU so far, and I liked him using the old Batman and Superman themes
except wheodon ruined it.
Why the fuck would they resurrect superman in the middle of the day?
It's supposed to be night time so that he doesn't quickly restore his power.
So many details that got fucked
this scene was one of the only good parts of the movie
idk what anyone says, I like Ezra Flash and want to give him another chance
whedon murdered my boy
Anyone who isn't completely autistic feels the same way. It's just on mainly Yea Forums that people are sperging about "MUH RUNNING" and "MUH QUIPS" when none of it was his fault.
Literally everything wrong with the character in Justice League has nothing to do with Ezra himself. And he's a good enough actor that once those things are rectified in the solo movie, there will no longer be a problem.
And the fact that people want to replace him with TV-tier actors is laughable.
>He liked Batfleck
You deserved this.
Because you´re a nigger.
>Also Flash is horribly miscast
Very true.
His horrible faggieness really takes you out of it all.
But I guess the fags her love it, small wonder.
The problem was that they went full retard and bought into the meme that Superman makes the other League members useless when that has literally NEVER actually the case. Even back in the Silver Age, Martian Manhunter and Green Lantern were easily on his level, and the Flash was certainly faster.
>fag, fag, fag, durrr
Not an argument and an incoherent shitty post.
nigger brain heavily augmented with cybertronics is still just a nigger brain
my nigga cybizzle don't let no computah program tell him what to do, he does his own thing
I knew it was going to be bad the moment it was announced Snyder was off the project and joss whedon was hired for last minute reshoots. That’s one way to tell a movie is going to be great. Especially after MOS and BVs
The dumbest part for me was also a Wonder Woman scene. After she blocks all the machine gun fire she says some lame one-liner then does the big bracelet attack she does when she hits them together. She used that against Ares and Doomsday. Why would she use it against a normal dude who is now out of bullets and how did it not kill everyone else in the room?
Oh fuck, I misread your post, sorry.
Oh well, still stands.
I didn't outright hate it but it was their second only to Suicide Squad as the weakest movie to me. I wish we got an Ultimate Edition like BvS that cleaned up the story.
I think some people are getting their hopes up way too high for the Snyder cut, it’s possible it won’t even be better than the theatrical version.
>what's the point in having a team?
the more the better???
DC heroes are like a parody, similar to my hero academia. Too cheesy and generic.
How silly. Wonder Woman should have punched Superman into next week. She's a goddess, he's just Kryptonian
disliking faggots is normal, why isn't that a valid argument for disliking a character for being a faggot?
The character was not a faggot. That's just you projecting.
>he's just Kryptonian
I think, canonically, she's a far better fighter, hands down, but going against a Kryptonian is not a matter of skill but a matter of physics. Fighting experience doesn't do shit against a derailing locomotive.
But he looks like one. That's all that matters.
>ouchie
literally the same movie just blue instead of red
He doesn't look like one to anyone that isn't already looking for it.
Most people just see a handsome actor, it's only because you browse this shithole and actively look out for things relating to his personal life that you think that.
Lots of people had no idea he was gay post-JL.
I have never forgotten. I will never forget.
RELEASE. THE MOTHERFUCKING. SNYDER CUT.
This was the only good scene, and Whedon even tried to ruin it.
>The moment I realized how fucking awful it was going to be
for me it was when it was announced. I thought this shit was like 4-5 movies too soon. Gimme a MoS sequel, a WW sequel, Aquaman and the Batman movie and THEN it should be somewhat ok. They fucked up hard man
I think you're wrong user. Most people would see a faggot and that's probably why a bunch of the vocal ones actually liked him.
I also didn't know the actor was actually gay, I had heard he was something genderqueer fluid, but I don't know what any of that means.
That was a Whedon scene. He did it because 1) he has complete contempt for the audience, and 2) to set up the Aquabro joke later. The joke was just about his only positive contribution, but it wasn't worth the trade.
>Most people would see a faggot
Explain to me how that makes any sense unless, again, they already knew he wasn't straight in real life.
Opening scene of the movie is Superman with an obviously fake CGI face, WHAT THE FUCK WERE THEY THINKING!!!
Yeah. I really needed solo films for Frodo, Aragorn and Gandalf before LOTR. It's way too soon for that.
The Mouse needs to die.
some people just have a gay face and he is one of them
>WHAT THE FUCK WERE THEY THINKING
About their bonuses, obviously.
You can be gay without looking like a total fag.
Ezra looks like a total fag.
Maybe you should just accept that when people on the street call you a faggot they aren't recognizing your sexual identity or preference, just commenting on how you appear.
you just made yourself sound like an idiot user...
>projecting again
Make that claim all you want but it won't change ezra's awful, awful face.
It was to establish that the League, outside of Diana, is completely and utterly outclassed by Superman, and that even she's not on his level. You do this to give the characters room to grow, to become more powerful. Then you reveal that it was all an extremely long con by Lex who was already double-dealing Steppenwolf by back-channel setting Darkseid up with a conduit for mankind's worship through Superman, Lex knowing that confronted with a great enough threat, Bruce would see Clark as their only option and use Lex's notes and the New God's tech to resurrect him, unwittingly giving Darkseid what he's been looking for - a way to harness mankind's god-making magic. This ups the dramatic tension because we've already seen Superman defeat them all, and leaves us room to doubt them being able to stop him under Darkseid's active control.
This makes Lex look 1)diabolically smart, and 2)insanely arrogant, believing that when the time comes, he can even game and defeat Darkseid, thereby proving himself humanity's true savior.
There's nothing wrong with his face, he's a good-looking guy who wears his costume well. Again, you're projecting "muh faggotry" because you're obsessed.
To normie audiences, he's just a handsome actor.
Based
Naturally.
Me too.
Exactly this.
Instead, let's use a Batman that subverts the point of Batman, and further sends the character down the path of a violent, stupid psychotic
Instead, let's use a Superman that has already proven unpopular with audiences, and make him even more morose and withdrawn (Snyder was going for Actually Evil)
Instead, let's Ignore the character development for the ONE character that resonated with audiences to any degree, and revert Wonder Woman to a reluctant, damaged recluse.
There was no need for solo movies. Everything about Man of Steel was an awful mistake. But its an even worse idea to plod on with terrible takes on heroes that have been enjoyed in film and television for half a century.
Stop being upset someone doesn't love your celebrity crush. You're really acting like a faggot right now.
No one is bringingg up celebrity crushes except (You). We're discussing an actor's merits as an actor and other people can't stop bringing up "how much of a faggot he looks like".
OH NO NO NO

Hack wheodon had to reshoot it for wb, to give it a marbel feel.
She was supposed to fail in that sequence.
We the undersigned make this petition, because during the last few months, the film Justice League underwent a few changes in terms of composer and runtime. Zack Snyder, director of the film, screened Justice League to Warner Bros. executives earlier this year, they where happy with the film, but the director himself felt the film needed something more, he contacted Joss Whedon, director of The Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron, to write a few additional scenes with plans to shoot them over the summer, but an unfortunate tragedy in his family happened and he understandably had to step down, Warner Bros. following Snyder's departure, released a statement saying that Justice League will be finished as Zack Snyder's vision, but a week after that statement, composer Tom Holkenborg (Junkie XL) was replaced with Danny Elfman, much to the dismay of fans, who were concerned about the thematic compositional elements from Man of Steel and Batman v Superman being changed, due to the change in composer. In early October cinemas confirmed that the runtime for Justice League will be 2hrs long, much to the shock of fans, who were asking themselves: "how will a film that has 6 main characters, their supporting players, a story that revolves around an alien invasion, the terraforming of earth and the return of a familiar face, would fit in a 2hr runtime?".
cont.
I saw Jewish comic relief.
It would be leagues better, considering it would have no cgi mouth superman, no batman quips, no jew joke from the flash, no brunch.
Over an hour longer, so the story is fleshed out.
The actual score that is supposed to go with it.
No reshoots on batman scenes so Ben isn't out of shape and puffy in the suit like the theatrical cut.
Original soundtrack that will actually let you be able to remember the scenes.
Film over digital also. A much better color grade that compliments the visuals and cgi better.
Many film critics, websites and journalists started comparing the runtime to Star Wars: Episode IV- A New Hope, stating that the sci-fi/fantasy film dealt with 5 characters, the introduction of a mythology and an intergalactic war, but the difference between Justice League and Star Wars: Episode IV- A New Hope is very simple: Justice League as mentioned earlier, revolves around a plot to terraform earth, an alien invasion, 4 new characters, their backstories and their motivations, the development of 2 other characters from previous entries in the DC Extended Universe and the return of a familiar face that need development and I will explain myself. The DC Extended Universe is based on DC comics, a brand of comic books that writes superheroes, villains and other characters from different backgrounds with different backstories and motivations, that are relatable to the reader with themes that mirror the real world, for example, Man of Steel was the first entry in the the DC Extended Universe, the film revolved around an alien trying to find his place in the world, while dealing with his past, alien origins, superhuman abilities and a plot that revolved around first contact with an alien civilization, while the sequel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice revolved around the existence of an alien and his purpose in the world, how humanity reacted to him, how they were divided and ultimately united, because ofnhim, the different philosophies, ideologies and motivations of a man coming to gripes with his past, the reality of aliens living amongst humans and the realization that such alien could be dangerous, a man with a childhood trauma, who wants to get rid of abusive figures and who realizes that power is not innocent and the perception of humans towards the alien in question. Justice League is the culmination of the alien's story and the beginning of a new chapter in the DC Extended Universe.
I've never seen this movie but this webm is kino
>cont.
Fans have been waiting for years, while others have waited decades for the film to finally arrive on the silver screen. The 2hr runtime is disrespectful towards Zack Snyder's vision and towards the fans who have waited for more than a year to see the alien's story come to an end. it's understandable that the visionary filmmaker doesn't own the rights to the film and that he stepped down for understandable, tragic and heartbreaking reasons, but fans deserve better the version the director always intended, than half a film, given that they are the movie-paying audience and from a business standpoint it makes sense that the studio will want to cut the film, as that grants them more showings in theaters and ultimately more money in the box office, given the fact that Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be released only 4 weeks later after Justice League and they will want to make as much money as possible, before that film's release, because unfortunately that's how businesses work, but the petition is not take the film out of theaters, the petition is to ask Warner Bros. to release Zack Snyder's director's cut, together with Tom Holkenborg's (Junkie XL) score on home release. To finish the Justice League and Star Wars: Episode IV- A New Hope runtime comparison, given that the former has already been briefly explained, the latter is a film, whose characters are never explored, until the sequels and prequels, respectively, with the exception of the main character, who goes from a teenager with greater dreams to a fighter-pilot, who defeats the overarching villain in the end and the set up of a mythology that is explored in the sequels and prequels, respectively, but not the in the film in question.

THE SCORE IN A FILM IS AS IMPORTANT AS THE CHARACTERS AND STORY, IT GIVES THE FINISHED PRODUCT A UNIQUE AND MEMORABLE FEEL THAT STAYS WITH YOU AFTER THE CREDITS ROLL, LIKE JOHN WILLIAMS' STAR WARS, INDIANA JONES AND HARRY POTTER AND HANS ZIMMER'S THE DARK KNIGHT TRILOGY, MAN OF STEEL AND BATMAN V SUPERMAN AS EXAMPLES.... TOM HOLKENBORG WAS BROUGHT TO SCORE JUSTICE LEAGUE, SINCE HE HELPED HANS ZIMMER MAKE THE SCORE FOR BATMAN V SUPERMAN AND MAKING UNCREDITED WORK IN MAN OF STEEL. HE HAD WORKED ON THE JUSTICE LEAGUE SCORE FOR OVER A YEAR, PROMISING THEMES FOR EACH OF THE CHARACTERS AND A MODERNIZED THEME OF JUSTICE LEAGUE'S THE ANIMATED SERIES, BUT HE WAS REPLACED WITH DANNY ELFMAN, AN ODD MOVE FOR A FILM THAT WAS ALREADY FINISHED, MUCH TO THE DISSAPOINTMENT OF THE FANS, MYSELF INCLUDED. HIS SCORE CAN BE LISTENED TO IN THE THIRD JUSTICE LEAGUE TRAILER AND IT SOUNDS FANTASTIC, AS WELL AS HIS COLLABORATION WITH GARY CLARK JR IN THE SONG COME TOGETHER, THAT BEING SAID.... I JUST LISTENED TO DANNY ELFMAN'S JUSTICE LEAGUE SCORE AND IT WAS....GENERIC, LAZY, UNINSPIRING AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FROM THE FOUR TIME ACADEMY AWARD NOMINEE COMPOSER, BUT IS NOT SURPRISING, GIVEN THE FACT THAT ELFMAN HASN'T COMPOSED A MEMORABLE SCORE SINCE SAM RAIMI'S SPIDER-MAN, IN WHICH HE WAS FIRED, BECAUSE HE HAS A TENDENCY TO IGNORE THE DIRECTOR'S VISION.... I LIKE HIS BATMAN THEME, BUT THAT THEME ONLY WORKS FOR TIM BURTON'S GOTHIC INTERPRETATION OF THE DARK KNIGHT AND THE 90'S ANIMATED SERIES, BUT NOT FOR ZACK SNYDER'S REALISTIC, BRUTAL AND JADED BATMAN, WHO FINDS HOPE AFTER MEETING SUPERMAN, IRONICALLY, TOM HOLKENBORG MADE A LOVE LETTER TO DANNY ELFMAN'S, HANS ZIMMER'S AND THE ARKHAM GAMES BATMAN THEMES, WITH A DARK, TRAGIC, EMOTIONAL, BOMBASTIC AND ALMOST TRAGICALLY ROMANTIC BATMAN THEME FOR BATMAN V SUPERMAN, WHICH HE CONFIRMED WAS GOING TO EVOLVE TO A MORE HOPEFUL TONE IN JUSTICE LEAGUE....
cont.
Having the Flash be a neurotic, socially-anxious Jewboy was certainly an interesting take on the character.
Boy, it never at all got tiresome of Miller's character entering a scene, goggling around like Don Knotts walking into the apartment on Three's Company and seeing some suggestive shit, then saying something dorky and tripping and falling. No, that never got old in JUSTice League.
How often do you think Ezra had Henry's cum leaking out of his ass?
DANNY ELFMAN USED JOHN WILLIAMS' SUPERMAN THEME, WHICH WOULD'VE BEEN OK AS A SMALL NOD TO THE RICHARD DONNER/CHRISTOPHER REEVE FILMS, BUT HE COMPLETELY REPLACED HANS ZIMMER'S EPIC, EMOTIONAL, BOMBASTIC AND ALMOST SPIRITUAL SCORE FROM MAN OF STEEL AND BATMAN V SUPERMAN AND NOW THE FILM SOUNDS LIKE A COMBINATION OF A XMAS FILM, COMBINED WITH 1978'S SUPERMAN, 1989'S BATMAN, THE SIMPSONS, SAM RAIMI'S SPIDER-MAN, ANG LEE'S HULK AND JOSS WHEDON'S THE AVENGERS WITH A GENERIC SYNTH THAT RIDES TOO MUCH ON NOSTALGIA.... IT WOULD'VE BEEN OK, IF THE FILM WAS A TYPE OF CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS EVENT, WHERE A LOT OF CHARACTERS FROM THE MULTIVERSE MEET EACH OTHER AND THE FILM PLAYS AS A CELEBRATION OF DC FILMS, BUT JUSTICE LEAGUE IS THE CULMINATION OF A TRILOGY THAT STARTED WITH MAN OF STEEL, WHICH SHOULD'VE BEEN A THEMATIC CONTINUATION OF WHAT HANS ZIMMER AND TOM HOLKENBORG MADE IN THE PREVIOUS TWO FILMS. ALL IN ALL, THE SCORE IS GENERIC, OUT OF PLACE, TOO WHIMSICAL AND A REHASH OF MANY OTHER SCORES, MOST NOTABLY, STAR WARS, RAIMI'S SPIDER-MAN, THE AVENGERS, DONNER'S SUPERMAN, HULK AND 1989'S BATMAN.
cont.
DC Heroes and villains are on the same level of importance, Steppenwolf is an allegory to Lucifer, he is not just a villain trying to take over earth, he is an apokalytian trying to get out of Darseid's shadow, who is an allegory to god. Zod and Lex Luthor are great characters, because they are not villains, they are antagonists, they have understandable points of views and motivations. Man of Steel was a very hopeful film and Zimmer did an amazing job by making a score that was hopeful, heroic and emotional, a lot of people confuse Man of Steel's realistic tone with dark, Batman v Superman was dark and it needed to be that way, given the fact that the film dealt with collateral damage, civilian casualties and the different sides of humanity, DC comics is about larger than life characters, who mostly posses superhuman abilities and who try to be human with them, while most of them try to cope with tragedies and themes that resonate with the real world, just like Man of Steel, Batman v Superman and Wonder Woman and to an extent Suicide Squad, where the villains are actually people who have made mistakes and who are outcasts of society. A film score is as important as the characters and story, Elfman should've continued the thematic elements done by Zimmer and Holkenborg, instead of an unprofessional work that rehashes 1989's Batman, 1978's superman, 2012's the avengers, 2003's hulk and 2002's spider-man with a generic synth that rides too much on nostalgia.
cont.
calm down mouse shill, Henry ain't gay and has loads of cunny waiting by his dressing room door.
Batman is a dark character, he has always been and always will be a dark character, he can be in a team, but he is a loner, who tries to come to terms with his past and his mistakes, Batman v Superman showcased that perfectly, by the end of it he was more hopeful, due to Superman's sacrifice. Tom Holkenborg's Beautiful Lie tells its own story of tragedy, darkness and emotional grief, just like Batman is, The Red Capes Are Coming illustrates Lex Luthor as a man who has his own past, but who has a god complex, just like he is in both the film and the comics, Their War Here illustrates Superman and Batman clashing with each other, not only physically, but also ideologically and philosophically, they were all done by Holkenborg, who had worked on a year for Justice League's score promising themes for each character, an evolution of his Batman theme to a more hopeful theme and a modernized version of JL'S the animated series theme. Danny Elfman is an unprofessional and arrogant composer, who was fired from Spider-Man 2, due to his attitude and his inability to listen to the director, he also thinks that Batman is nothing more than a superhero, which shows that he doesn't understand the tragic nature of Bruce Wayne as a man who has everything, but nothing at the same time, he wants love and family, but his past doesn't let him evolve, he thinks himself as a criminal, just like in BVS. A score is as important to the film as the characters and story, they help the backstory, motivations and psychology of the characters, Zimmer and Holkenborg has made scores that fit perfectly with each character. When you say that Zimmer's and Holkenborg's score didn't help the "mess that were both films", it clearly shows you didn't understand a thing from both films, and your opinion would be valid, if you said something substantial, but your argument is the editing and plot, which the films answer themselves.
cont.
Man of Steel was a first contact film that dealt with an alien trying to find his place in the world, while coping with his origins, past and abilities, he is not just an alien, he is an allegory for outcasts in the real world, have you ever felt alienated by society?, have you ever stop to question your purpose in life?, because that's what Man of Steel does, and it's all in the narrative, character development, score, writing and direction. Batman v Superman dealt with a world were superman showed himself, humanity's reaction to him are exactly like the real world would react to an alien arriving on earth, people would question their believes, the government would question the entity and people would be divided, just like the real world is with their following of religions, characters such as Batman, Superman, Lex Luthor, Lois Lane and Humanity are explored philosophically and ideologically, they are different but with valid points of view, which demonstrates one of the themes from the film, that there is no black and white, everything is a grey area, you might say that those themes shouldn't be explored in a superhero film, but you are wrong, DC comics has done exactly that since the first issue of action comics in 1938.
cont.
Wonder Woman wasn't a feminist film, it was a story of a naive woman, who thought the world was black and white (a continuation of BVS themes, not surprising, given the fact that Zack Snyder co-wrote the film), the world she saw was war-ridden by people with a lot of anger and greed for power (another continuation of BVS theme of how power is not innocent), Ares didn't make people fight each other, he only threw fuel to the fire that was already there and he was right humanity doesn't deserve another chance, people have been fighting each other for opposing believes since the beginning of society, Diana saw something else, she saw very side and chose to protect humanity, but ultimately them, due to their greed for power, Ares died, but he won philosophically, it was Superman's sacrifice that made Diana see another side of humanity, like it did with Bruce, in fact Bruce's words are perfect: "we fight, we kill, we betray one another, but we can rebuild, we will, we have too", that's hope in a realistic way. People like you expect a film to be filled with exposition and unintelligent cheesy dialogue, but MOS, BVS and WW made something special as described already, Zack Snyder is masterclass filmmaker, who infuses his films with thought provoking themes, amazing visuals, allegories, symbolism and metaphors, no other director does that, aside from Darren Aronofsky. if you don't like films like that, is not the film's or director's fault, it's yours.
Not just Henry, he spread his ass for every alpha male on that cast multiple times. Especially the nigger.
>Over an hour longer, so the story is fleshed out.
Yes, but that could also cause new problems with pacing, and the new scenes may not even be good
>The actual score that is supposed to go with it.
What do you mean? Danny Elfman’s score is supposed to go with it
>Original soundtrack that will actually let you be able to remember the scenes.
You need the soundtrack just to remember scenes?
>Film over digital also. A much better color grade that compliments the visuals and cgi better.
How do you know?
Don’t get me wrong, I want to see the Snyder cut, but I just think some people are setting their expectations too high and that the reshoots may be better
If you think psychotic Batman is out of character, then you don't know the Batman.
The new scenes may not even be good, when it fixes the pacing of the movie into being it's original take.
Danny's score sucked balls, i can appreciate a nod to the old theme but it still did not capture my attention, or make one feel any emotion.
Well music is very coherent to what you are watching, please don't act dumb about this.
A score can bring or drag a movie down 10-20% easily.
I know because i watched the movie and can tell when the quality of picture changes, and wheodon doesn't have the chops to use film, hence fat and lazy.
Snyder uses film.
Never cared for Wheodon's avengers and that's what we got in JOSStice league
It takes a psychopath to do what he does.
People just wanna sperg out cause they only watched TAS and the Nolan trilogy
Lol
>he think Superman being Superman is the problem of the movie.
Honestly good that Supes BTFO everyone after the awfulness that was BVS
I am in complete agreement.
The follow-up.
God I love that. Anyone who can't see the attention to detail on full display needs to have their ass removed.
Based and kaijupilled
What do you call this facial expression?
You know a little detail that gets me about BvS and Wonder Woman? The nuke and Steve's sacrifice. Diana experienced them both. That fire in the sky would have reminded her of Steve.
>when the buttplug falls out mid-battle
Literal "I have made a terrible mistake."
He definitely looks like a faggot and also a fucking goofy idiot. The Superman resurrection fight scene was really kino but Ezra's stupid face takes you out of it.
I wish they'd recast this fucking homo jew
It was supposed to be goofy.
Forever seething.
How can one casting make so many /pol/tards so butthurt?
I love that scene. You can almost see where flash soils himself.
that's justin long under the mask that's why he couldn't do anything.
The cold opening
it peaked on EVERYBODY KNOWS and fumbled down right after
No it wasn't, retard. It was supposed to be cool, but they made it stupid.
Even if you like Ezra, you have to admit he looks and acts nothing like Barry Allen. He's Tony Revolori tier bad casting.
But neither did Aquaman.

I just want an actually good, comics accurate JL movie, bros...
Wait, is he seriously denying ezra is gay? I don't get it.
Hope never dies, brother.
I redboxed it and still want my money back.
JL has its moments. The entire Amazon chase scene was badass and obvoisly directed by Zack.
The whole scene at the beginning with Batman and rhe low level street thug was wierd though. Mindhunter as some cat burgler was wierd casting and felt off and was obvouslly Whedon.
Also Roose Bolton looked badass in that suit but being some kind of zsalot suicide bomber made no sense with the way that whole henchmen
crew looked. It should have just been some elabodate heist instead of wierd suicide bombing.
That was Whedon.
That was also Whedon.
The entire film was a rewrite. Over 50% of the film is Whedon footage. The rest of it reconstituted Sndyer stock footage which was put into new context, reorganized and even altered as in pic related. The film bears little of Snyder himself.
>The whole scene at the beginning with Batman and rhe low level street thug was wierd though.
Yeah, that entire portion is a Whedon confirmed scene from beginning to end.
>no cgi stache
>it's a based Snyder shot
Yep. Here's proof.
How anyone can take or judge ANY of this movie seriously when it's literally a Frankenstein's monster is beyond me.
It's a travesty. Snyder's plan for DCEU would have been finished this year if they had just let him keep going. What they ended up with was infinitely worse than what Snyder would have done. All of the problems in BvS (which stilled produced a hefty return despite multiple MCU shill campaigns) and JL (which straight bombed with Whedon at the wheel) stem directly from executive meddling by WB. And honestly? Given that the executive responsible migrated over to Disney shortly afterwards and was the one who called in Whedon, I don't think sabotage is out of the question.
>MoS: Superman is a complete amateur at fighting and is unable to circumvent a lot of destruction. He doesn't knows quite what it means to be a hero and he's sort of lost in life. The movie is dark and sombre in tone and set design
>BvS: Superman is much more heroic, but the events of the movie causes Clark to doubt his role and to think his father may have been right about humanity all along. But but the end of the film, he's a much more competent fighter, heroic and a beacon of hope to the point of resorting Batman's faith in humanity
>JL (from what we know of Snyder's vision): Batman gathers heroes together, because of the influence of Superman. For Superman himself, his costume is much brighter and he's shown to have evolved into the optimistic, heroic Superman everyone knows as seen in and other leaked Snyder cut info
It was unironically a slow burn that was snuffed out too early.
KINO
It was pretty much confirmed that certain WB executives shoved JL out the door before it was ready just so they could get their bonuses for the fiscal year...some real shady shit.
Whedon reshot that Wonder Woman scene. Those guys with Roose, it's clear from the dialogue that survived, were "terrorists" in the truest sense of the word. They're some sort of Luddite, anti-tech cultists who believe that the only thing that can save us from what's coming is a return to religious terror and superstition, just a complete rejection of the rational/scientific mindset. Also, Diana fails to completely stop them.
It breaks my goddam heart.
Greatest comics film yet made.
The script of this film is absolutely amazing. It honestly is too dense for most people to comprehend with a few close rewatches. Bar non, this is the best cape movie ever made. Period.
Concept is good, execution looks hilariously stupid.
BvS is underrated but MoS is better.
I'll just be honest and say that I never understood how everyone could freak out over the CGI mustache thing. I can't even see it? Like, it's hilarious but I can't see it and I think everyone is just emperor's new clothes'ing it.
This is the moment Cavil became a bonafide badass.
#ReleaseTheSneederCut
Script is fantastic.
(Formerly the Chucker Cut)
I won't argue that. I love them both, but I prefer BvS because it just has so much going on in terms of allegory, character development, and world-building. It expands on and clarifies a lot of things introduced in MoS.
OP's pic is original footage before the stache. The cgi reshot stache stuff is really bad, like I was lobbyimg for WB to fix it before the home release but they went full jew and left it.
what?
121017668
You won't give us what we've earned! You wouldn't sully your hands, but you'll damn us to a Whedonized Hell for eternity! Snyder was right! You're a pack of fools, every last one of you!
You... you believe his cut is unreachable... I will find it. I will reclaim what you have taken from us! I will find it. I will find it, Whedon.
I WILL FIND IT!
>I never understood how everyone could freak out over the CGI mustache thing. I can't even see it?
It's very obvious. Don't underplay the fact that in the cinema it was dreadfully painful to see in motion. Also it's hilarious because the film was finished. It was completely pointless to reshoot perfectly good scenes.
based
...AND THEN WHEN THEY ASKED IF THEY COULD JUST SHAVE THE MUSTACHE I TOLD THEM NO!!!!!
BECAUSE HE'S STILL UNDER OUR CONTRACT BWAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH. ROT IN HELL D-KEKS
The production design in MoS is beyond anything in cape movies before or since plus Zod is pure unfiltered based.
Even before BvS I was wondering how they were gojng to integrate other superheroes into the more realistic world of MoS. It turned out they didn't and changed the look of the world in to more hyper real than real to fit the other heroes in.
Batfleck was great fuck you
>refilmed all non-battle superman scenes
>completely cut lois lane storyline, instead relegated her to a comedic scene where she is called thirsty (for supes)
Fuck Whedon and his Burger King cinematography
>>completely cut lois lane storyline
It's Superman 3 again. WB loves going around in circles don't they?
Batfleck was arguably the best Batman ever on screen. Only Keaton is in the same league. The BvS fight scene will go down in history as one of the best action scenes ever.
Bale was an awesome Bruce Wayne but his Batman was always simply decent....and the voice..baka
>deconstructs Batman in 5 minutes
>heh, nothing personnel kids
Look at this. We could have built a new Kino in these quips, but you chose the MCUcks over us. We exist only to praise kino. That is the sole purpose for which we were born. And every criticism we make, no matter how vicious or how true, is for the greater good of our kino. And now... we have no kino. Our soul, that is what you have taken from US!
Even though this isn't Ben, but his double, I appreciate that Snyder understood the importance of casting someone who's tall and physically imposing, and that the stunt double followed suit. I half suspect that he used smaller guys for the thugs in that scene just to further emphasize that the Batman is an absolute beast.
Absolutely beautiful.
They're not trying to anger him, just stop him.
>Both have new directors. (cost cutting, more humour, etc.)
>Both get Lois lane's runtime reduced.
>Comedian Richard Pryor added in for lols. Flash is butt of all jokes, as well as most of the heroes.
>Both have evil/clouded judgement Superman
>Both have great mid battles with Superman.
>Both have poor man's Lex Luthor (Although this applies to BvS more than JL).
>Both have stand ins for the real villain (Brainiac/Darkseid)
>Both have the love interest as the "key" to get Superman to snap out of his dark side.
>Both have Superman "intend to propose" to his love interest. But doesn't actually happen.
It's like Whedon watched Superman 3 and said that'll work with Snyder's footage. WTF.
I'm not denying he's gay, I'm just saying that his gayness in real life has nothing to do with Justice League because he wasn't gay in it.
i know i am dumb but what does it means.
based Zack
It wasn't that bad.
WHEN HE GETS TO PAGE 10
BARRY'S GONNA SAY IT
I just don't understand what anybody was thinking when making that. I can't wrap my brain aroumd it.
A few things. For starters, it's establishing that the Waynes are really, really old-school Americans, colonials. On top of that, it's Bruce inadvertently revealing to Alfred how resolved he is to his course of action. He's baited his trap and intends to see it through. Lastly, it's just a cool thing to add into the Batman's lore, that he sees himself as a hunter from a long line of them.
Couldnt they get this idiot a trainer to learn how to run? that shit is embarassing
He runs like a girl
I wish I had the webm of Snyder's Flash scene where he saves some girl out of a car accident. The running motions looked much better. Flash was moving so fast he distorted the concrete.
Ask Snyder because it was his rig design and his stylistic choice for Flash/Barry specifically.
Capturing the look of the comics. It looks more like a moving comics panel than pretty much anything anyone's yet done with a speedster. It also emphasizes that Barry's speed is breaking physics in a way that's unique from how Clark and Diana do it.
I got you fampai.
Whedon cutting out that ripping up concrete scene royally fucked scenes like this. Without the contrast, it's not obvious that this is Barry being careful, sort of skating along instead of digging in.

God, I want to see this so bad.
Yea Forums treasures the scene that is everything wrong with DC. It makes Superman look less likeable than Homelander, tbqh senpai.
>car explodes
Thank you
Goddammit. I never made this connection. On top of everything else, "him" can refer to the Bat. Holy fucking shit.
>all that 'he go so faaast' shit
>the effect he would have on the air is completely ignored
Fuck that's such a classic DC style save. Hopefully we see it completed soon.
He was very faggy in it.
Barry breaks physics. He legit absorbs the impact of air molecules into his protective aura. He can create tornadoes, but he has to consciously choose to.
>On top of everything else, "him" can refer to the Bat. Holy fucking shit.
That's Superman for you. He will always see the good in people. No matter how far gone they are.
>It looks more like a moving comics panel than pretty much anything anyone's yet done with a speedster.
No, the scene doesn't look like a movie comics panel. It looks like a mentally disabled child flailing his arms and legs as he runs across the kitchen floor. Clearly Ezra isn't an athletic person. I don't blame him for not knowing how to run like a human. But I do blame Snyder for that abortion of a scene. Snuder could have given that faggot some direction so he looked somewhat like speedsters we have seen illustrated in comics.
>Barry's speed is breaking physics in a way that's unique from how Clark and Diana do it.
"Unique" is a really great word to use.
The film was unironically too intelligent for the average viewer
Man of Steel is the only good one, but only because everything that came after it is monumentally worse.
That Flash run is unironically the worst thing I've ever seen in a movie.
He was a nerd and a dork, but in no way "faggy" - that's just you projecting again because you know he's gay IRL.
You do understand that if he "knows how to run" in his first appearance, you have absolutely no way to show a visible difference between rookie Flash and expert Flash, right? Singer made that mistake with Quicksilver, which is why his speed scene in Apocalypse is, while still fun, a bit stale.
All the kino of this scene is completely wiped away by that idiot's over-the-top facial expressions.
its suppose to be in the dark, but yea miller looks like a retard, the cut scene when he doesn't make retarded faces
>Man of Steel is the only good one, but only because everything that came after it is monumentally worse.
Debatable until we see the Snyder Cut of JL.
Also maybe Raimi should direct MOS 2 with a role for Bruce Campbell and Lucy Lawless on the side?
Okay we get it, he made goofy faces. Let's move on now.
I really liked this version of Flash except for his faggy running at rhe end. I just domt get all the hate unless its because the actor is kind of an annoying superfag irl
ALL WHEDON BTW
I miss that show, and bruce
no it was all snyder, all weadon did was turn the light up, its fucking retarded, you can even still see the lights on in the office buildings at the back because its suppose to be night
The flash looks like a retard as he runs in this scene. It is a terrible looking scene. No one who reads comics looks at that scene and says "wow it really captures how speedsters run in comics". Sadly, that scene was all Snyder, I can't blame anyone else for it.
yeah no. There's no cgi stache so k.y.s. Josh and stop trying to take credit for based Snyders kino action.
He's flamboyantly gay - that's literally it. He's not on Twitter saying "fuck Drumpf" or doing anything overtly cringe, he's just gay.
In every other iteration having to do with the role, he's based - he constantly references DC fans and how they're trying to get the tone of the movie perfectly, was one of Snyder's biggest champions (and still is), is a super nice person in general.
>running really hayai no jutsu!
Is Flash the worst character in this movie?
I can defend it easily. Because even if Zack shot it, it doesn't mean he would have left it in. Chances are in the editing room he would have seen it and said "nah, that looks fucking stupid."
Because say what you will about Zack, good or bad the guy doesn't put out bad shots. Even 'Stop invincible son' as stupid as it was it didnt look bad.
Yes.
You can even tell scenes that Snyder shot and Whedon cropped down for some retarded reason. Whedon gave the entire movie this weird, claustrophobic feel.
The only character that could be considered "bad" is Steppenwolf and that is only because he is bareley a character and is made up of mediocre cgi
>tfw you remember this kino scene
The original look for Steppenwolf was spooky as hell.
itwould've looked different sure, but the scene would've still been in the movie, he probably would've taken out that stupid look
>Superman has his right hand on WW
>next shot his hand is literally not on her throat but next to it yet she’s somehow still being choked and held up
I hate joss for all of this, I really do, what a fucking asshole
No, he wouldn't have and that look was the best part of the movie.
I'm starting to think all of the haters are CW fags that wanted the guy from the tv show to plah flash even though all CW shows suck ass and are completely cringe and unwatchable.
?????
Who is holding her up?
huh? no, stop defending your faggot, its a stupid face, its dumb, but the main problems with the scene are all joss, the daytime, this shit weird zoomed in shots that are clearly meant to be wider, etc
joss has become the definition of s,oy
I still don't like that they were suicidal terrorists. It ruined the scene for me because it didn't make semse. If it was Zacks idea maybe he woukd hqve gqve some context on why they loomed like high end bank robbers.
>What they ended up with was infinitely worse than what Snyder would have done
that's at best arguable.
You just have an extremely awful taste
It's ok
>even crazed and confused, supes is still too PC to choke a woman
gay
I guess you could say he's /ourgay/
He's holding her strap, you blind monkey.
Jesus my thumbs its getting late.
I still don't like that they were suicidal terrorists. It ruined the scene for me because it didn't make semse. If it was Zacks idea maybe he would have gave some context on why they looked like high end bank robbers.
Couldn't they just study the way an olympic runner looks at a full sprint and go off from there?
underrated
I have enough mind to separate his amusing Flash from the annoying RL turbofag
Ezra is cute.
>I actually found a depiction of Flash running that looks worse than JL
>her strap
>literal no harm to her body whatsoever
>but shes somehow unable to attack or even move as if she was being choked.
This movie is bad and if you un-ironically defend it at this point. Get some help.
I defend and enjoy it ironically.
its been cgi'd, his hand was initially on her neck, but weadon cgi'd it, go to bed joss you fucking cunt
I don't find him annoying, I find his antics funny actually
Wow, first Momoa cast in the new Dune movie, now Ezra too!
You blind dumb fuck.
>her strap
>literal no harm to her body whatsoever
You pussy. Have you never grabbed someone by their backpack straps, the front of their shirt, their belt, etc? Her movement is restricted by she can't take off the shield due to his grip. The only thing you should be bitching about is how the strap is strong enough to stand up to superhuman strength, but what can you do.
Smallville had the best super speed. It still hasn't been beat. Even with the slightly dated graphics.
Are you legitimately retarded? Elfman’s score was almost as forgettable as the rest of the movie.
Forgot link
youtu.be
why did weadon change it? just leave it the way it was, she is the strongest biggest threat, grapping her by the throat makes sense
Every DC movie that isnt Watchmen is trash.
So this is the ‘tism limit of capeshiters
See . That's my take at least.
>dat file name
Fucking kek.
His face is so fucking weird. He looks like a woman from some angles and a chad from others. Or just plain retarded with the faces he made like here
Imagine having ever watched Justice League
>Smallville had the best super speed.
Flash tv show does a lot of annoying shit, they nailed super speed though.
That's pretty neat
He runs like he's trying to hold in a shit.
Probably due to the sheer amount of cocks that have been up his ass.
That's just it. He's trying to hold in his rectum.
this user gets it
movie was a disaster:

>movie was a disaster:
Whedon Cut is a disaster. We know Snyder's could be kino though.
Also Chris Reeve's superspeed:
youtu.be
For all the disappointment, at least it was a treasure trove of reaction images.
My problem is that he is portraying Barry Allen when he acts more like Wally West, and even Wally isn't that much of a fag.
Still, he's a pretty cool guy IRL and doesn't bother with a lot of popular SJW LGBTQ bait shit. He just does his own extremely flamboyant thing.
Stop bullying sexually abused people.
Absolutely Hegelian. Snyder is based, there is no argument to be made otherwise.
>that quote
Kek
We're around the same age, so I sometimes dream of a reality where we went to the same school and I was one of those boys he jerked off.
Imagine that pale skin and supple body in a pair of panties writhing around.
True, it was as bad as an mcu movie
Yeah, this is pretty based
>y-you're not convincing anyone
poetic cinema
How are they parodies when they were the originals
>every mcu movie except The Incredible Hulk
lolwat? It made more than 8 mcu movies
What the fuck were they thinking

I'm only missing one for Aquaman.
1/4th of JL's budget was spent on Astrolube alone.
What about Gal?
god damn son
haha imagine if Gal pegged him
cute
Oh I'm imagining it alright.
Gal is so hot.
/ss/ is back on the menu boys.
bump
Yes pls.
I'm an atheist and this blew my mind. I think I just experienced a baptism of kino.
>(((judaism intensifies)))
Same thing can be said about Suicide Squad, Constant rewrites, scaling it down to pg-13 by studio demand.
Think the final script was written in about 3 weeks.
Also some of the scenes feel like they are missing something, as if stuff were cut out.
Even on the extended edition, it adds a bit more to the Joker putting Harley under the light on the table, even that feels like they still cut out stuff.
taking out kino shots can do that, also having an underwhelming score can really take away from the experience.
Not hearing the first flight song again
Not having Superman resurrected in the middle of the night, so when he leaves he flies to somewhere that is day time as he regenerates and has a greater appreciation on life, meaning that he would be turning into the Superman that everyone knows, that is till he gets under Darkseid's control by the next movie.
Snyder had a plan and was the right person to have left in charge.
There was so much more to that scene that wasn't shown.
Getting to see the Shazam of that time watch his land get invaded.
That slomo backflip looked so poorly shot. Broke the immersion right away.
As for Roose Bolton pulling a snackbar move.
I'm okay with it, if they elaborated more on why.
Wonder Woman was supposed to fail in that scene
>baptism of kino.
>tfw you remember how bad wonder woman was
cropped and I think the lens' fov is distorted/difference from snyder, which is why the face change shape between cuts.
I'm glad they did so, because with wheodon using snyder's shots he would still use the shots out of context and we deserve better than that.
sure i read somewhere it was because she was pregnant in the reshoots, and something something safety.. whatever
So Bruce has fallen and the Bats took him into the light.
Light which is supposed to be (not sure if the word is paradise or the right path. But the way into becoming Batman) which the lie being that it was the light?
Someone have a better take or explanation? It's late and I'm just catching up on this thread.
Like a true DCuck.
Not really, there was concerns about him being resurrected and the fear that all he remembers is being fought to the death, along with the thoughts of all the news segments talking about him in a negative light, he may come back pissed.
I think, at the time he though they took him to the light, and he was delluding himself into thinking that he helps people and so on, but actually he was just running away from his trauma. Something like that
Dean Cain is still pretty based
If Lucy had been younger so she can get real fit, she could've been an amazon or a kryptonian.
>tfw you remember how bad the whole MCU is
Oh the Amazon chase, sorry i got mixed up with the story of Steppenwolf or the invasion of Earth I guess.
