Lend-Lease didn't begin arriving in significant quantities until well after the Germans were in retreat. Lend-Lease at best just sped things up and had Berlin fall in 1945 instead of 1946 but anything beyond that is just delusion and propaganda.

Britain and USA just sat safely behind their fleets, waiting until German was already mostly beaten, then landed with overwhelming force and began advancing east as slowly and as carefully as possible, just so they could maintain some relevance in post-war Europe.

"World War Two" should just be called the Soviet-German War, even Japan, this 'Great Enemy' that countless Hollywood films have depicted as fanatical and unstoppable, got crushed in a matter of days and essentially driven out of mainland Asia the moment the Red Army turn in its direction.
