Apparently Carlos was a nice guy other than the joke stealing and could kill on stage. There was a huge event right after the Rogan crushing where Carlos went on last with several of the big names from the O&A crowd, to thousands of boos and turned them all around and got a stand up ovation. Anybody in comedy would tell you that the situation was richer in content than the standard party line of "fuck this joke stealing fake Mexican."

It's one of those things for me where I laughed at his downfall and years later took a second look and now feel bad for him. Also a little sick to my stomach knowing that clashing belief systems can ruin your career if your belief system isn't as good as the other person's.
