Except nobody goes to see movies in the middle of the night so you're saving time for nothing.

talk radio does this when they're pinched for ad time.

what in God's name are you talking about user?

Speed them up by 2% just like some radio stations did with music. Will probably make them seem fresh again

>average movie is about 100 minutes
>save 5 minutes on each one
>5-6 showings in an auditorium a day
>you save max 30 minutes
what's the point

>youtube.com/watch?v=z6i1VVikRu0
shows in syndication have been having this done gradually for decades to fit in more ads

Stupid motherfucker

to save 30 minutes

I watch most movies on 1.2speed. The thing is you get to experience everything but at a slightly faster rate. Anything above 1.3 they start talking too fast and you really have to pay attention unless the actor is a slow talking like McCaughny.

>joints 4x
>flicks 3x
>movies 2x
>films 1x
>kino 0.5x
gold standard of Yea Forums

if you do this all day, you could schedule, let's say, 9 films screenings a day instead of 8.

kek

tr

i actually have to take time off work if i wanna watch br2049 in one sitting

You say that like it's a bad thing.

surely you get 30 minutes off work

you can watch stuff at 2x

you'll eventually get used to how everyone talks

that's too far

I think they should all be slowed by at least 0.25 and shot on non-digital film to bring back that comfy 20th century feeling.

In seriousness, there's way too much scenes in movies of characters driving, smoking, looking around, etc. that could be cut out.

No, you couldn't. Your math is bad.

Just watch it at work and during your commute?

and do what with them? you're not gonna fit one more showing into that period

It doesnt say nobody notices. It doesnt matter when you're just listening to hear people's opinions.

Fuck off pleb.

Breh, you can watch until 2.75 as long there are subtitles. Only way to watch 500 episodes of dragonball

OMG so KINO, does my shitty old flick pic make me KINO yet?

Big brain idea: decrease the fps of the movies to 15 because the human eye doesn't need 24 frames per second, you literally can't see more than a couple frames in a second

>download a folk album
>listen to it a bunch of times and love it
>one day listen to it on youtube
>it's way slower and less enjoyable
>the fucker who uploaded the one I downloaded sped it up first and now I can only enjoy the fast version

People do notice you fucking mongoloid

>get 5% of your movie time back
learn2math, imbecile

>nyeeer it's actually 4.7619048%

me in the middle

Ever since hearing this I can't settle for the original
but no full version was released so the closest I can get is this youtube.com/watch?v=AZJxF7L66Bc
