Yeah, after 3 they never look as good as they were before until maybe the reboot. Living Jason is way better than the later rubber zombies, the deformity looked genuine and it's that realistic asymmetry on his face that gets you when he finally takes off the mask.

Only watched Storm & Extraction, Both are good.

It’s enjoyable but it was a letdown after Part 6. It’s very obvious that most of the budget went into special effects for the big fight at the end. There are only a couple of sets and the cast mostly sucks. Some good kills but they were overly censored.
