Dude didn't hurt or threaten anyone. He was playing dress up. Didn't even get arrested for the sword. Got arrested for wearing a mask in public, which is (stupidly) illegal in VA. Even before his arrest, a man driving by stopped and asked if he could get a picture of him and his daughter. Guy was harmless and his charges were dropped.
