>it's the /KINO-fanatic psychologist who has one-of-a-kind memorabilia from Citizen Kane/ episode

It was surreal to see the young (22 y/o) and unknown Kim Cattrall share the stage with Columbo. 1978, lads.

Tell me about his wife

So many people get sick of doing one part for decades or don't wanna be known for just that character, but Falk loved Columbo and would do the schtick whenever he could.
And it shows in the show, you can tell he loves every minute of it and that's why the show is so good.

Not once did you see her, did you? Guess you never cracked that case

Columbo's wife was Kate Mulgrew.

What episode?

eh, she had her own show dude

His later years weren't kind to him. Pic related was him sighted after exchanging a blowjob for some meth, a year before his death

Columbo was an endearing character and think it was the first detective show where the point wasn't who did it but how they get caught
Prefer early Monk desu

>Rumors of Falk's dementia plagued the actor in the final years of his life and were exacerbated when in late April 2008 he was photographed by paparazzi looking disheveled and acting animated in the streets of Beverly Hills. Although the actor said he had simply been out for a walk and was returning home, the images of his erratic appearance and behavior were published by the media.
imagine treating an old and sick man like this

>Prefer early Monk

Jew detected.

No I'm just autistic and wish I had a woman who was basically state mandated to be nice to me

Wasn't Luthor the BBC equivalent of Columbo?

Watched that one today, great episode. Really liked the ending

the episodes were basically like shorter movies. Plus GOD-Tier special guest stars
and the aesthetics from earlier episodes were max-comfy (hanging plants...INSIDE OF THE HOUSE?!?!?! Exposed BRICKS!??? SUCKEN LIVING ROOMS!!!!)

Annoying busybody

> Comfy
> Good actor in the lead
> Great actors as the villian of the week.
> Actually interesting and well written plots

Why are the not doing this kind of crime show anymore? Why does every modern police procedural have to be shit like NCSI 5-0 & Order?

Why can't they just make a comfy series with a good lead and well written episodes?

because modern audiences are small brained and have short attention spans

To enjoy a modern show you need eyes, for a show that features mostly mind games, you need a mind.
