Don't stunt people sign a shitload of contracts that basically say they accept there's tons of risks and won't sue provided they get health care provided by the studio's insurance?
On what grounds is she suing?

she's a rightie
>On what grounds is she suing?

Things still have to be done a certain way to be safe for stunt performers, I have no idea what the story is here but if they were negligent and didn't do their due dilligence, they will be held liable for her injuries.
With where we are now with bionic tech, I wouldn't mind losing an arm, assuming I'd get it paid for.

she's a woman and they can't be wrongs
Someone fucked up the timing. The camera she was riding towards didn't raise in time and she crashed into it at full speed. The rigging sliced through her forearm and sliced open her face ecoosing her teeth. The arm was so atrophied and damaged it couldn't be saved.
Ah k, if it's negligence related then fair enough.
>be in a zombie movie
>lose an arm
Method acting at its finest.
TAKE MUH STRONG HAND!
kind of, they sign a paper based on the studio providing adequate protection during the stunt, and she is claiming the studio was careless and that is how she got hurt
Did someone say "careless"
interesting how she managed to survive, where is she now?
is this the guy behind the helicopter crash
