Since 19th century only Japan has it.
Be it literature, art, drawing, animation, films and tv. Sometimes you would see Chinese works. But they were all based on Japanese foundation. The technology, technique, ideas, and even talents and funding all came from japan. There were some adaptation for the works to be made in China but they are all Japanese works.
Chinese movies = Japanese movies.
Chinese literature = Japanese literature.
