Why didn't they just cast Pamperchu?

RIP
When Craptions died was the sign of the end of (Cracked) times.

>6 great novels that were hated in there time
>lord of the rings
''The editor and publisher Edmund Wilson made harsh comments about Tolkien's work, which he referred to as "juvenile trash", saying "Dr. Tolkien has little skill at narrative and no instinct for literary form."

Holy fuck this jealousy

>3 separate (((David)))s and a (((Luke))) for good measure

wow, I haven't thought about Cracked in years. They've really nosedived.
Seanbaby was my favorite.

kill yourself

"I picked up Kay Boyle's Avalanche in the hope of finding a novel worth reading, and have been somewhat taken aback to get nothing but a piece of pure rubbish."

''But for reasons I cannot attempt to explain, something dreadful seems to happen to Hemingway as soon as he begins to write in the first person."

this fucking guy

>David Caruso
youtube.com/watch?v=iNy1n-zp35Q

what happened to him after 2012?

ascended to the moon giving one liners to the aliens no doubt

So, what the fuck is the deal with that Pampers? I have no idea what the movie is about

I miss that site. I remember reading an article about how Japanese scientists did some experiment with fungi and it wound up growing in a way which made a near identical map of the Japanese subway system.

>CSI: Miami was both a massive ratings hit and a long-running show. That means that as the series went along, Caruso earned more and more money. Toward the end of its 10-season run, he was reportedly pulling in $375,000 per episode, which made him the third-highest paid dramatic actor on television

shit son the man got paaaaaiiid

>update
Lol idk why I find this so funny

>David Wong

God, that guy ran the site into the gutter.

fuck that guy

But the show just got cancelled without much of a word, with no ending, and he seems to not be doing any more television or movies.

>As for Milch, the writer discussed the first season of NYPD Blue on IFC's Dinner for Five. Milch remembered Caruso getting scripts and making comments like "who writes this s***?"—directly to Milch, who was often the script's author. Milch says the stress of working with Caruso nearly killed him, recalling, "I'm on the set with him, and he's making me go through the scene, and I think, hmph. I'm having a heart attack. I'm having a f***ing heart attack, and I'm going to die arguing with this no-talent."

lmao.
seriously though he probably got bored of being an actor and rich enough that it doesn't matter.

I guess that's it then.

How the fuck do you do that? that's like making an OJ movie without the bronco

Isn't this like basically the main plot point? What are they going to do instead? Why would they decide to make a movie based on this particular story if they think something fundamental to it is icky?

Wong was actually a really good editor. I used to write a few articles for them and he was very supportive, engaging and just genuinely did a good job with the contributors and the development of articles. When his books actually got traction he had less time for cracked and his role as an editor was impacted and he was clearly more interested in his books then cracked. The change in direction for site though was out of his control. He just went along with it for the pay check, as did guys like Swaim who has a vid where he talks about how much the change of direction impacted the staff and contributed to him becoming a depressed, overweight alcoholic.

that's just sad

Whoa whoa whoa, Cracked is still a thing?

Didn't Cracked close down last year?

I think it's a "feminist" retelling. The real person was called Lisa but the name was changed to Lucy
