its hilarious what agenda they were trying to push in The Lost World. they honestly wanted to push the whole "hunting bad, activism good" but made the "protagonists" so unlikable and somehow made the designated bad guys the heros. Nick Van Owen was a literal terrorist and responsible for everything bad that happened the entire movie.
