Is this movie worth watching?

I liked some parts, but didn't enjoy how choppy the narrative was.

Well to be fair, both The Big Short and Vice are historical fiction, dramatizing events that actually happen. So at least in these cases McKay can hide behind the excuse that he's merely depicting events as they actually happened.
