actually it's "lost" in the sense that modern spaceflight technology has progressed to the point that incorporating such modern systems (digital displays, more powerful batteries, modern computing systems, advanced fuel lines, etc) can't just be stuck onto the frame of the Saturn V without massively redistributing its weight/completely redesigning its electrical systems and basically creating a new rocket entirely which is expensive (the Saturn V was built using techniques not in use anymore). It's not that the technology is lost, it's obsolete. The Saturn V was entirely built around sub-systems that incorporate completely outdated technology, that is why they do not rebuild it.

Someone already posted the full recordings including some additional data. I know there's a website for Apollo 17 too. What some people confuse it with are commands typed to the computer and commands received. It's a red herring that preys on people not knowing what data we have. And of course a portion of these commands do exist or at least weren't thrown away immediately because like in the case of Apollo 13 they were necessary for the investigative commission.
