It was “hilarious” and “fun”.
Chris Elliott's comedy was ahead of its time.
he had his own series it was hilarious
The fact that Cabin Boy, Get a Life and Eagleheart are not better known still puzzles me.
youtube.com
There used to be this show called Movie Magic, that went behind the scenes to show you how they did special effects
This movie was on there, and it was pretty fun to watch. Almost all practical effects
Proto Spongebob
first movie i ever bought and still have it.
whatever happened to that dude
Does anybody have a good dl link for this? I can't find it anywhere
actor or character
As in actor he is in Schitts Creek
six seasons and a movie
felt like something that would have ended up as a cult classic.
Gave me some Terry Gilliam vibes
the movie seems largely forgotten...not sure if it ever hit "cult classic" status
It was good up until the girl got on the ship. Before that it was a great Chris Elliott bonkers comedy.
This was my favorite movie when I was a kid. I don't even know why.
The whole Movie Magic series is on youtube.
STAAAAAAAAND IN THE PLACE WHERE YOU
These pipes are clean!
Chris should’ve been the biggest star of the 90s, get a life and cabin boy came out in the wrong decade before weird comedy was embraced more
Would you like to buy a monkey?
yes
The giant floating cupcake that spit chewing tobacco was my favorite part.
Best cameo ever by David Letterman
it was my favorite show at the time. everyone else i showed it to didn't get it. charlie kaufman was a writer on it. i think he might've started the trend of him getting killed at the end of every episode. the angry next door neighbor lady was milfy af. fucking spewey. was devastated (but not surprised) when it was canceled. eagleheart was a good follow up.
>The Regulator Guy will never be a real show
Truly an epic troll.
"Hey, you wanna buy a monkey?"
