A film doesn't become a surrealist one just because it has a dream sequence, Los Olividados is closer to neorealism I would say.

New wave Czech cinema had a lot of surrealistic movies, like Valerie and the week of Wonders. I got plebfiltered by it hard

Almost everything by Bunuel.
Rivette, especially Celine and Julie Go Boating.
Švankmajer. He made some short films and later on feature films. Definitely worth checking out.
Marketa has dream like feel. Check out Valley of the Bees and Adelheid too if you like and even if you dislike Marketa.
