Before identity politics became mainstream it was all about body politics. You were not so much your race, but more so your body, and you were judged on this basis and the increasing skinniness of hollywood actresses and celebrities was a popular hot topic.
2000s General
best 2000s tits?
nice tranny
I remember that anorexia thing that went on during that time
my mom used to buy these shitty crossword magazines with a bunch of celebrity gossip and shit in them, she would get them from a store that sold european food. anyway, they weren't censored or anything and had pictures of tits and stuff, and i still remember there was a picture of paris hiltons uncensored pussy as she was getting out of a car (which was a big thing that slut celebs did for a little while), so yeah that was cool.
>dollowing tara reid's footsteps
yikes
I remember grabbing a tabloid and the first page was a woman with her legs chopped off and head caved in.
How can culture ever go back to pre 2010 after all that has transpired since then
damn, im guessing not in the US?
there is no going back, all we can do is make the future better
The Holocaust. But for real.
very subtle, but i think i know what you're saying
Shit actually went to wrong in 2015. 2007-2014 was prime partying time, happening at the same time as the house music boom, and was the peak of culture. Getting shredded, going to parties and fucking sluts was the best thing ever and at the end of the day you could still go home and watch anime with Yea Forums. Sadly the culture died away with too much social media and leftist politics. RIP Zyzz. Internet was already there and spreading fresh nice ideas, but it hadn't gone overboard. The time had the best parts of all things.
Jessica Simpson
twitter killed the internet
>what do you mean it's not chicken
>when i was growing up was the peak of culture
ok idiot
Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton was only popular for white men because the bodies they had only appealed to white men. Skinny, no tits. no ass.
Then Kim Kardashian took over (paris hilton former friend). With the rise of black culture in media her body, big ass, fake lips look overtook the whole world. Now every white girl wants to look like the kardashians and the Jenners. Not only that, their look, the body type blacks love, crosses the racial barrier. Now white guys think big ass is the best thing. Kardashian empire has a longer longevity than Hilton-Richie because of the rise of blackness and interracial dating. And With Caitlyn Jenner it went into the rise of transgenderism
It's insane how irrelevant Paris Hilton has become in the 2010s
You're saying bullshit
Kendall has a Paris body
I really dislike these white girls that get lip injections and their lips look like balloons
I have thought of 2015 as a breaking point for a long time. Pre-2015 was the peak of internet culture especially. There are so many things that have gone wrong. The PC/Trans/Fat-acceptance/etc explosion. The social prominence of the word "meme" and the way it has degraded online conversation and humor. You also the the emergence of people making money from instagram (i guess), youtube, and especially twitch; throttling content production and creativity.
There is honestly so much that has gone wrong that could have happened in a slightly different direction.
The British and Irish ones are like that
Very interesting analysis. I’m starting to understand the cycles now.
>Reminder that is was okay to dress like this in the early 2000s
I swear 2000s fashion is on the same level of tacky/sleazyness the 70s had
2000's fashion is a fucking disgrace, not aesthetic in the slightest. Abhorrent.
Debate me then.
You are a fucking newfag if you didn't know these obvious things already.
>what is le pin up movement in the 1940'
yeah gelled up hair was never going to age well
no one dressed like that retard, its red carpet fashion where they always wear the stupidest shit
everyone knows things were better before everyone had access to high speed internet. we shouldve stopped at 128k modems
And it was done completely without irony.
2nd from the right is a dressy version of something a few guys I went to school with wore.
lol wtf did u live in europe or something? no one in america dressed like that at school.
subsisting on cum, cocain, cigarettes and alcohol is not enough sweetie
what i liked with the 00's fashion is that it was COMFY AS FUCK.
No really, yes i was fucking ugly but most of the clothes were oversized and large so you body could move and breath easily. Also you could just put whatever you wanted on you most people didnt care
>but most of the clothes were oversized and large so you body could move and breath easily.
only for the boys
i can't think of any period where women were wearing relaxed clothes (maybe 70's)
all through the 80s
