Idk what more else really there is to tell. She was an 80s goth in high school. She used to practise spells and incantations and shit. I remember she dis tarot readings a lot. She uses to teach me a lot of astrology type things too, like zodiacal signs and constellations and things. Her friends were wiccan too and they would literally get together and have witch parties. It was just "normal" to me as a kid, I thought everyone's mom did that kind of thing. It wasn't until I got older that I started realizing it was pretty fucking not normal. Her parents are straight Mormon though, and I actually think they are weirder in practise than anything my mom ever did.

There's a lot to life that is unexplainable, and dabbling in this can definitely make things interesting. I love all the mythology surrounding occult stuff IRL like sects and secret organisations, I think it really adds spice to life. and being a part of it sure is exciting.

I have tuned into some pretty wacky experiences myself, including walking into places that don't exist, unconsciously summoning beings that would open doors for me, and receiving communication from other beings. and being aware of the grim reaper lol - a rare unpleasant one.
