weak/uninteresting characters, honestly expected more from mahershela. just finished episode 6 with the pink room cliffhanger. i was about to drop this show with 2 episodes left but that pink room mightve hooked me again. worth it?

I couldn't even finish the first episode. I have zero tolerance for garbage. I didn't even watch s02 because thetrailer was enough; I can immediately smell when something sucks. You don't catch my attention within 20 minutes,fuck off

The actors were spot on, the story was boring. Couldn't even finish it. Someone pls hire Steven Dorff. Fukanaga's touch is missed.

nope, has one of the most disappointing endings i've seen in some time on tv. might as well just read a plot summary because the show basically does that for you

I thought the ending was perfectly fine. It felt more realistic that they ended up catching their guy, but failed in taking down all the individuals responsible for the southern occult practices going on. Seems like it's worth a watch if I'm a fan of both seasons.

Make sure you watch S2 also

s1 you had rust, s2 you had velcoro, actually s2 had a lot of strong memorable characters but s3 so far has been a let down, we had two strong male leads first 2 seasons and now they're seriously hitting us with some senile dementia shit, like how many eras do you wanna cover now, maybe s4 cover at least 4 or 5 time periods
