ALTERNATIVE THEORY: Chuck is a first name, Sneed is a surname. Thus, Chuck Sneed originally had his shop named after his first name but quickly renamed it after his last name to keep the rhyming structure in place after shifting from a sex store to a feed store.
This means the farmers outside are farmer #1 & #2, and the old man is Chuck Sneed.

Since Chuck no longer runs the store by himself, he changed the name from Chuck to Sneed.

Do you have any evidence of that? Sneed is a last name and Chuck is a first name (short for Charles). Given the acknowledgement that it was formerly Chuck's, it stands to reason that Charles Sneed might have owned the property for a while, including back when it was a Suck & Fuck store, but pivoted the business to something he could pass down to his boys.
