Watching ABC live when the second plane hit made me nearly shit myself, at that point everyone knew some really bad shit was going down and anywhere could be a target of some jet liner (especially living in Chicago).

No. There’s surveillance camera footage of a missile going straight in to that part of the building.
My guess is, flight 93 was supposed to take out the Pentagon and this laughable attempt was their replacement. Not much coverage of this “crash” at the time and the minor damage was always kind of suspicious to me, but the footage sold me.
