i miss fat penn jillette like you wouldnt believe
I miss fat penn jillette like you wouldnt believe
he says all he ate was potatoes
He looks like chewed up bubble gum
That's more about limiting what you eat by forcing yourself to eat something bland that you really dont want to eat in the first place, which in turn just makes you not want to eat.
If you have the will power from the start you can just start intermittent fasting and eat once a day and still eat relatively whatever you want for that one meal, especially if you're already working out and burning calories. The potato thing is really only for people who are food addicts and need extra help to retrain their brain not to constantly want to constantly snack.
He's always been an incredibly cringy person; a fedora personified.
I remember the time he guest-starred in a KotN episode and every time someone mentioned God in even the most benign matter (Oh God) he's snark in with his reddit tier takes
>food addicts
sugar, sugar addicts
He is very much a douchebag like that.
How the fuck can anyone be overweight, haha nigga just dont pick up the fucking fork haha just dont fucking eat as much
It's the other way around. "Fedora" is a cringey buzzword and long before you babies were using it, Penn was Penn and fucking Victoria Secret models.
He was really uncomfortable when Rogan brought up Epstein on his podcast. Overall nice guy, but essentially a leftist-lite.
>it describes me perfectly, therefore it's a buzzword!!!
I can't tell if it's the mustache, the glasses, or the weight loss, but thin gilette looks so much less sleazy.
soul vs soulless
>fucking Victoria Secret models.
actually, he was deep into S&M, as a "dom" beating up women, and was going to be outed until the local DA decided to prosecute the "blackmailers" and compliant corporate media closed ranks and protected these two performing clowns who light up hundreds of corporate conventions with private shows.
>victoria secret models
who gives a shit about plank women
maybe he should make some curves appear for those women, oh wait, it's not magic it's illusionism by playing with points of view, as fake as these women
Cool guy overall, but he has a really strong underlying passive aggressive energy that, for me, is overwhelming sometimes. Also a lot of pseudo-philosophy.
He was on Rogan talking about how cliché it is to point out everything that is bad, and never focus on the good, and that people should talk about how good the world is more, like he didn't make Bullshit. That's the most surface level, faux deep type of nonsense people love to say when they're "~le enlightened human bean who's above the pettiness."
Maybe the nigga grew up and changed his mindset
It's the wide forehead when he's thin.
>Get fit bro, you will look better & younger!
>If you have the will power from the start you can just start intermittent fasting
There is no willpower in fasting, fasting is like celibacy once you stop you stop desiring it, after the first five days you'll almost never feel cravings, but once you break the seal you're immediately back to your old habits. Willpower is changing those habits for good, not temporarily just while you're fat but for the rest of your life, willpower is when you continue to eat but you've stopped eating for pleasure and only eat what you need from a nutritional perspective.
Willpower isn't a natural innate power, it's something you cultivate through hardwork, there are no easy solutions, you have to earn everything.
When the South Park guys said atheism was gay in some interview he sent them emails where he was devastated over learning they weren't atheists. He sent them a bunch of Dawkins books.
No. The truth is people do talk about the great bits of the world all the time, but no one pays attention to them because that is grandma poetry-tier discourse. Yes, the roses are so pretty. Yes, the sky is quite blue. Yes, we are all brothers and we should band together. So controversial, and yet so brave.
A show like Bullshit is infinitely more interesting because it takes a stance and it requires balls, and Penn knows this because he bases many aspects of his career on those things. There's no need to develop a benign Jesus complex now.
>Willpower isn't a natural innate power,
this
I have been listening to his podcast for 3 years or so, and have come accustomed to his swiss cheese intellectualism, which he blithely cover sby cheerily "admitting" he is a liar and a coward.
He regularly promotes a form of shallow "atheism", but is careful never to find fault with judaism, even going on for 15 minutes about how "cool" he found their rites to be.
That's exactly why their magic act works. It's because Teller is the polar opposite
The problem is, among younger generations it's exactly the opposite.
Sincerity is derided as naive while detached cynicism is lauded.
Well he was chubby and not everyone has skin that snaps back. Especially since he's like 60 or something. Given that, he looks pretty good
Hardcore atheists are usually smug passive aggressive faggots
He is putting the weight back on lately, and tells stories recently about giving in to eating an entire gallon of ice cream in one sitting.
It's weird how you said "blackmailers" like BDSM isn't about consenting adults having fun. Oh, BTW I heard this fable from my mom several years ago. Oddly enough she got it from her reliable anti-atheist news sources. You can just not like him. You don't have to give him the full faux Cosby.
almost as bad as Sean Penn getting butthurt about team america and writing to them
There's nothing temporary about intermittent fasting, once you get on it your gut biome adjusts as does your brain and it's incredibly easy to not fuck it up. Your actual chemistry in your body changes and you start living the way humans were always meant to.
But yes, it does require will power at first because you'll still crave the immediate high from eating and the habit will still be there. And yes, will power is innate, and gender specific even, as women statistically are less likely to break any habits they have.
>BDSM isn't about consenting adults having fun.
Yeah, but that wouldn't have jibed with their image of being a slightly edgier and darker version of a Saturday Matinee kiddie show.
Anyway this was all back in the 80s and 90s, he married and started a family in an attempt to put all that behind him.
